Chapter 3

They were all wondering about the new girl who appeared before them. Stare at it with their mouths open. Their reaction is rather exaggerated as if they were looking at an angel who came down from heaven and Tsumugi was truly proud of it, knowing that the seven of them were really affected by the beauty of her younger sister. Since the first day she became a big sister, it's been her desire to show off Aoi's cuteness to the others.

Feeling a little uneasy with the gaze they cast, Aoi hid her body behind Tsumugi, startling the woman with her own act. "Now, boys. Please don't look at her with such a look. You scare her out." Banri said as he let out a small laugh.

"What look?" A short man asked as he tilted his head, confused by what the long dark blue-haired man had just said.

Others bounce their heads in agreement. Even though, some of them were actually understood the true meaning of 'the look' but they decided to pretend they didn't know.

Banri sweatdropped at their words. "You're all joking, right?" He then threw a suspicious look.

"Why do we have to joke about that?" Another man speaks as he scratches his head. He was completely perplexed by the current situation.

The long-haired man narrowed his eyes to him, thinking that by doing so he could pull the truth out of him. His voice really sounded serious. Well, at least he knows that one of them is talking the truth.

"Umm... I don't think this should be overstated too much. So we can end our fuss now," Aoi said, tossing her gazes at Banri, still hiding behind Tsumugi.

She didn't want them to fight just because she felt uncomfortable. It sounds childish. She's a teenager. She doesn't want to minister like a child.

After all, she might be guilty of this too. The fact that she is still incapable of getting acquainted with new people is the cause of this problem. If she hadn't been so scared over some small matters, it would have never happened.

Tsumugi flashed her a beautiful smile as she patting Aoi's head gently. "You guys heard what she said."

Then she turned her head towards Banri. "Now Banri-san, I don't think you need to so work up with them about this tiny problem. You can go back to work if you want." Her gentle voice calmed his mind a bit. Giving her a little nod, he makes his way out of the studio.

The atmosphere in the room was silent then. The seven men hunched their heads, not making any eye-contact with Tsumugi nor Aoi. "Is this my fault?" Aoi asked as soon as she got out of her hiding place. She starts to fiddle with her fingers, eyes looking down.

Nobody answers her question.

"M-maybe, I should go back to work. After all, I promised Gaku-san that I wouldn't be here for too long," she said. Aoi couldn't handle this mood anymore. This feeling, this awkwardness is suffocating her. She could imagine herself die in the studio if this tension were to be kept on.

"Awww... But you just came here," Tsumugi said with the sad, puppy eyes. Hopefully, it will change her mind to stay there for a bit longer.

While Aoi was busy handling her sister who didn't stop persuading her to stay, the others were startled to hear Gaku's name coming out of her mouth. They exchanged looks with each other, wondering if they should ask about it. They really do want to know.

Moreover, what is the girl's relationship with Gaku, anyway? How could they know each other? Doesn't it seem suspicious?

"How come you know Gaku-san?"

The sudden question makes the two sisters go silent. Aoi points her index finger at herself. "A-are you asking m-me?" She asked, stuttering. The red-head retorted with a yes. She looked at her sister, asking her whether she should answer it or not.

"Sure, why not?"

"E-eh?!!"

"You need to stop being a coward, Aoi. You much change that habits of yours. So with that, you need to take the first step!" She exclaimed, eyes shining brilliantly.

"And the f-first step i-is?"

"To talk with strangers. Go on! Answer his question. You don't want to leave him hanging just like that, right?"

Hesitantly, she nods her head. "Sweet! Now, answer it~"

Defeated, she has no other options rather than do what she has told. Turning her body forward, facing of the red-haired man, she opened her mouth. "Gaku-san and I.. We're a-"
