Hello Nice People,

The intensity of the sunlight filtering through the windows of the coffee shop where I sit, is greater today than it has been in months. My my mood is brighter for it. It also helps that at this moment there are two incredibly hot guys at the next table and I've got Shovels & Rope, I Know, blasting through my earbuds.

In my last update, I promised an author's note to catch things up; so here it is...

January marks one year since the inception of DELIVERY. Whoop!! In that year, we've racked up 130K reads, 630+ followers, 36 chapters, features in multiple review books on WP, an editor's choice feature on Wattpad After Dark, a Cosmo feature, and most incredibly to me; a Watty Award. Do Not Pinch Me.

I feel more and more strongly that this is a joint effort. I couldn't have anticipated the level of support I've received from so many people. Every read, vote and comment thrills me. Thank you for expecting good things from me; I work hard to deserve it.

So what else is going on?

~In addition to DELIVERY, I am having a blast as 1/3 of the @PussyJockeys with @styles_orama and @alessandra writing SLIGHT PRESSURE. That little lark has cleared 93K reads and also been recognized with a Cosmo feature. Expect a lot more entertainment and steam coming up in that one!

~Several people have suggested that I make a playlist for DELIVERY. Music features heavily in my life and in the story. Spotify seems to be the best platform to use. If you prefer another app, I will make a simple list available and you can take it wherever you prefer.

~A new short story that I began a couple of months ago is back on my front burner. It is written in a different, quick-read type format. Once I figure out the logistics of how to bring that to life, I will serve it up.

~Late fall and winter threw some serious health issues at me. Some challenges have lingered, but I'm relieved to say that I'm learning to manage while writing more, so the pace of updates will hopefully pick up. Thanks to everyone who has reached out or shot me a good vibe!
