I continue to stare at the boy as he looked up at me.

He was in front of my face in a few seconds standing on some spider threads."

"Our master has sent every demon to look out for you and was told that they would receive a very generous amount of his blood, if we caught you and brought you back alive."

He softly put his hand on my cheek.

"But I think I'm not going to do that."

He said, to which I stare at him in confusion. Then why is he still keeping me here?

"I want you to be my girlfriend."

Then I gave him deadpan look.

"Excuse me."

I asked not believing what he just said

"You heard me, I want you to be my girlfriend."

I quietly giggle, I know I should be scared but I just couldn't help but giggle.

"That's really cute. I can't be your girlfriend, we just meet. We don't even know each other's name."

He blushed and stuttered his next words

"Uh my n-name is r-rui. Can I know y-yours?"

"My name is y/n l/n."

He continued to stare at me

"So pretty."

He whispered.

I saw the women spider moving her strings around a lot. If this boy was gone I could think of a way to escape. He seemed to notice me staring at her, cause then he looked at her

"Mother. Please hurry it up. Or else I'll have to get father."

The women then look petrified.

"No please! I'll protect, so please don't get your father. Anybody but him."

The rui jumped down

"Then you better get to it."

He walked off as the women started moving her strings faster.

I noticed that her strings aren't as tight as they were before. I quietly slipped my hands out of haori and grabbed my sword. Then I cut the strings!

"D@mn these puppets are so useless! I have no choice but to release that one!"

She said still distracted, I was about to try to run away but then she said

"These puppets are weak! I don't need them anymore!"

I then decided

'Forget my own escape she going to kill those innocent demon slayers!'

I cut all her strings as she was about to move her hands

She looked at me and screamed

"No! You weren't supposed to escape!"

She then just used one her hands, she was using her other to do something else.

She then gasped all the sudden, then started crying

I felt the aura of anger but also extreme fear.

Then I saw something fly towards us.

It was tanjiro, he was going to slice her head.

But she did something unexpected, she released her strings from her hand and held out her hands towards him, closing her eyes as well.

She was accepting her death.

Before it was too late Tanjiro changed his grip on his blade, changing his form.

He did blessed rain after the drought. My father was a water form demon slayer. So I know all the forms, this form was completely painless and I heard it feels as if your being showered by a gentle rain.

As her head fell of her shoulders she smiled and it was a one full of peace and bliss.

I walked over to tanjiro and we looked at her, it was always so heartbreaking for me to watch someone, even a demon die.

Spider mom POV:

Those eyes. They both have such kind eyes. When I was human I think someone would look at me with those same kind eyes.

I wonder who that was

I can't remember

I just remember it was someone who always cherished me

I wonder how that person is doing now

She softly started to cry

"Someone from the 12 kizuki is here."

Tanjiro ran over to her I followed.

"Be careful."

Was her last words as she disappeared.

"a member of the 12 kizuki is here?"

Tanjiro asked himself

"Yeah there is a member here! I saw him!"

I told him. He turned to look at me and gasped. Then tackled me in a hug.

I smiled and said

"Don't worry I'm just fine. But let's save the hugs for later we got a mission to do!"

He got up and helped me up.

"Yeah! Inosuke and the other slayer are still back there!"

Then we started running back to help.

"I see you took it down! And you brought back y/n back!"

Inosuke said covered in blood!

"Inosuke what happened!"

I asked concerned, he stepped back and said

"I'm fine! I don't need your mushy sensitivity. I don't need it!"

He started stuttering, saying things over and over, pausing, and breathing heavy.

Those wounds are heavily affecting his body.

We wounded up near a river, out of nowhere we heard thunder.

I look back to the sound but didn't see any dark clouds.

Tanjiro was trying to convince inosuke to walk down the mountain cause of his wounds. Then we heard walking, and we saw a girl who looks similar to the women tanjiro slain but like a child version of her.

She started running away, inosuke started chasing her!

"Now father!"

She screamed then a giant man demon came down about to crush him.

Luckily inosuke jumped out of the way in time.

He roared and had a face and eyes like a spider.

"Don't you come near my family! Stay away from them!"

He said trying to smash inosuke again.

Tanjiro tried using water wheel to cut his arm but his skin was to thick to cut through.

"Please help her and her friends! That girl saved our lives, she is amazing, and so beautiful, please don't let her die!"

A demon slayer cried to the insect and water hashira.

"Ara ara! She sounds quite important to all of you. Understandable, she did as you said saved your lives.  Hopefully we can find her! Can you describe her or maybe her friends?"

The insect hashira asked the demon slayers

"She had (h/l) (h/c) hair!"

"She was wearing a sky blue haori with white lines! The hilt of her blade matched it!"

"She also had (s/c) skin!"

"I believe she had (e/c) eyes!"

"Oh and she was wearing a necklace! I think it was a blue gem! With gold around it!"

Multiple demon slayers started saying!

Giyuu then started running looking for you. He didn't know why he felt so worried, but he did.

"Your in quite the hurry. Do perhaps know the girl they were talking about? But enough chit chat I'll proceed to the west."

His fellow hashira told him.

"Very well."

Tanjiro's blade was stuck in the demon arm, the demon was about to punch him but was then stopped by inosuke.

The demon yelled again and went blew both of his arm.

"I'll say it again so you'll understand! Stay away from my family!"

He ran towards tanjiro and tried to crush him.

Inosuke yelled at him and tried to strike him. But he hit inosuke sending him into the river.

Inosuke got up and started running from him. Me and tanjiro followed on land.

"Water breathing. Second form. Improved. Lateral water wheel!"

He sliced a tree and it feel on top of the demon.

"Inosuke you all right?"

I asked.

But then I felt tanjiro give off a different aura, he was going to the final and most powerful water breathing from!

He ran towards the demon but right before he could slice off its head it picked up the tree and swung tanjiro away

"Tanjiro!"

I yelled.

"Both of you hold it off until I can get back! That one of the twelve kizuki! Promise me you two won't die!"

He yelled as he vanished from sight.

The demon was about to punch inosuke, but I ran and blocked it.

"Inosuke this isn't one of the 12 kizuki. It's somebody else. I have a feeling tanjiro is going to run into him. But I'll stay and help you finish this guy off first!"

I told him blocking off the punches.

"Inosuke! I can't! With your injuries, there's no way you can beat him!"

Then he picked me up and threw me while yelling

"You don't tell me what to do!"

I yelled as I came flying towards him. He caught me in his arms.

"Thanks tanjiro..."

I said out of breath.

"No problem."

He said as I jumped out his arms. We both heard a girl scream then heard pleading.

We walked over to see rui and the girl we saw earlier.
The girl was on the ground bleeding and crying.
rui was standing with a spider web

"What are you looking at. This isn't a play you know."

He said referring to me and tanjiro.

"What do you think your doing? Aren't you two siblings. Why would you do that to her."

I asked, I never had sibling but I knew that I would never treat mine like that if I did have siblings of my own.

"Indeed we are, we share a strong bond. Like me and you will have, you're going to be my girlfriend afterall."

He said looking at me.

"Hold on! first off. Y/n is not going to be your girlfriend! that's her decision and hers alone, on who she wants to be with. Second what the two of you have isn't a bond. Those who have a strong bond give off the scent of trust. But all I'm picking up is the scent of terror, hatred, and revulsion! That's not something you can call a bond! It's a fake! Its forgery!"

Tanjiro quickly said. I agreed with everything he said. Because much like tanjiro's scent of smell I can pick up people auras and presence. That helps me detect where they are, what they are feelings, and sometimes what they are thinking.

Rui did not like that one bit. He got very mad I could tell by his voice and facial expression.

A demon slayer tried to come in and kill him. But was cut to pieces by the threads.

"Tanjiro...when you told inosuke that the demon he was fighting was a member of the twelve kizuki, you were wrong."

I said as he looked at me

I pointed to rui.

"Rui. Is a member of the twelve kizuki!"
