This book is a part of the "Last Minute Variables" universe/series. While you do not have to read all of them to understand one, (or this one) it is helpful.

This book is a great starting point, as it is the first one I have written in the series. To be reading in Chronological Order for the universe, read Act 1 of Too Many Cooks.
