Summary;

was a wizard.

Her brothers were wizards and they trained together in their Sub Station that was constantly in competition with Delmar's Subs. 

Her life was strangely normal to her. She had her one friend and her two annoying brothers and her two amazing parents that not-going-to-lie sometimes got on her nerves, but what parents didn't?

She wasn't great at school but she was good enough that her scholarship to Midtown was secured, her brother Max had a harder time, and Justin didn't need to worry about his. 

But her lie revolved around her powers. She was always using her spells to fix her problems, but when her problem can't be solved by her wand, someone sees her and has a lot of questions.

This is pretty loose so just go with it, I guess.

Harper should be in this as well as the rest of the Russo's. If you want to include Mason or Dean as like a backstory for Alex then you can because especially Mason I think will be a good reason that Alex doesn't want to get so close to Peter.

I don't know how you find him finding out about her powers but I kind of see Peter having to tutor Alex in one of her classes and she's super closed off and is just sarcastic (Chandler from FRIENDS) and Peter wants to know more about her so he watches her as Spider-Man (Maybe he thinks she's dangerous or something) but then one day he sees her using her powers and maybe confronts her about it or something?

You definitely need to have seen this show to write this plot. Be adventurous.
