IN ANOTHER TIME, LONG PAST THAT OF ROMEO AND JULIET'S, THERE WAS NO WARRING HOUSES OF MONTAGUE'S AND CAPULET'S, BUT INSTEAD, TWO FRANCHISES OF DC AND MARVEL. It's strange to think of these two as clashing rivals, but it's unheard of for the two to come in contact with one another.

To understand further, we have Romeo, otherwise known as Grant Gustin. His friends are loyal to him and work to keep him from the Marvel franchise, as he belongs in DC Comics, portraying a lead role as 'The Flash.' Mercutio has taken place in his best friend, Carlos Valdes, and Benvolio in Candice Patton.

Though Romeo, or Grant, has always been one for fun and games, he stumbles into a world of love and laughter. His interests overwhelm him and he suddenly becomes intrigued with his Juliet, but their love is 'forbidden' because of who they are and belong to.

This Juliet is Marley Smith, one of the sweetest girl's one will ever meet in their lifetime. She is so kind that she refuses to kill a fly, saying they deserve to roam free. She has done nothing to wrong anyone and only wishes for peace. But peace won't come for her, it strays farther and farther away until it becomes a blip in the sky.

Marley, too, has friends that take on characters in the romantic love story that everyone knows, and maybe not adores. As someone who plays a common character in the Avengers series, she finds that Chris Evans and Scarlett Johansson mask Tybalt and Capulet. And her best friend, Sofia Patone, plays the all-loving and very supporting Nurse.

But it's Montague against Capulet, DC against Marvel, and love against all.

One accidental run-in changes everything. Grant had to walk right into Marley while walking down the streets of LA and talking on the phone. They had to recognize each other from movies. And they just had to follow each other on Instagram and comment on each other's pictures.

They just had to.

And that's the story of the beloved Romeo and Juliet.

legit, i sat in my bed like, i want to use sarah hyland, but she is twenty-seven. OH GOSH, GRANT GUSTIN IS TWENTY-SEVEN. and then i was like, alright, let's create a horrible plot and use him and her and bam, let's slap a for sale sign on it and call it a night so i can eat popcorn.

this is pretty laid out, actually. dc v marvel. i made marley a character in the avengers movies, you can pick who she plays and lay that out and stuff.

this is pretty easy, dc flash people don't like avengers marvel people and vice versa. but marley watches the flash and grant watches the avengers. and they're like, hey, i know you, you're so cool! and yeah.

um, slow burn, please. marley is SUPER SWEET and doesn't do much wrong because she is too nice for her own good so she runs into a lot of problems for that. chris and scarlett are like her wing people. josie is her best friend and you can choose a job for her.
