❝HEY, I'M NOT A CASTING DIRECTOR, YOU GOT CHOSEN FOR THIS PART BY SOMEONE ELSE. I JUST HAVE TO DEAL WITH YOU❞
❝OH COME ON, I'M NOT THAT BAD❞
❝I GUESS YOU'RE BETTER THAN MACKIE, BUT THAT'S NOT SAYING MUCH❞
❝ I'LL TAKE IT❞
❝YEAH, I WASN'T ASKING. NOW MOVE ALONG TO GO SHOOT YOUR SCENE, I WOULD HATE TO HAVE TO FIRE YOU❞
FROM THE DAY SHE COULD REMEMBER THE FIRST MOVIE SHE HAD WATCHED, JOSIE HAD WANTED TO HAVE A CAREER IN THE FILM INDUSTRY. She knew it was a popular industry, even a difficult one to succeed in, but no one could stop her from making the magic on screen happen from behind screen. She was fascinated by the little things that put together the whole thing. She loved the rush of getting a scene in three takes, or rehearsing lines over and over until your tongue grew numb, and she wanted nothing more than to assist in the process of making a movie.
But she never wanted to be on screen, she was petrified of the spotlight. For every play was forced to partake in for grade school she would hide in the background as a brick wall or a flower pot. It wasn't until grade four where she was assigned stage crew that she felt right where she belonged. She loved taking each scene down and building something up again, even running to prepare her fellow students for the curtain opening was filled with excitement for her.
So as she grew to find that her passion was as a producer, she gets her big break producing the Avengers series for none other than one of the biggest companies in the world: Marvel. At first she had only been a production assistant, sometimes going on coffee runs and making sure the cast was well accommodated, but this time she finally had her time. She was no longer and assistant, but the one and only producer. She was in charge of hiring the director for both cast and film, she now told her very own assistant to get her coffee, she called the shots for every scene and she booked the locations for filming. Everyone on set bowed for her and only her.
It felt nice to call the shots, she was finally in charge and nothing nor no one could take that from her. She had watched the cast grow from Avengers in 2011 to who they were now in 2015 as they filmed. However, she realized that four years earlier she was just following the orders of her manager and never had the opportunity to actually meet the cast and interact with them.
But now she has no choice but to make sure they are prepared and have everything they need in order to make the movie. It's up to her to get to know her cast and take charge. Even with her sleepless nights of organizing the film and her schedule that has no breaks she somehow needs to find a way to get to know the people she will be spending nine months with.
And when she has to organize the cast and crew dinner and hardly gets to enjoy it herself, there's one person who notices the pressure and stress she is shoving on herself to be perfect for this movie and he makes it his mission to help her deal with her anxiety in a healthy way.
He just never meant to sleep with her when they were both drunk* ( THIS CAN BE USED AS A BIG PART OF THE PLOT, OR YOU CAN JUST NOT HAVE IT IN THE PLOT. I WAS KIND OF IFFY IF THIS SHOULD BE IN THERE, IT MIGHT MAKE IT MORE INTERESTING, IT MAY NOT )

PLEASE UNDERSTAND;
Okay, so for the last part of the summary: if you choose to use that in the plot you can make it a big thing where after they wake up and realize what they did Josie starts to freak out and talk about how unprofessional that is and then she realizes she is late and runs off and avoids Chris. If you don't use it then you can just make Chris notice how she is always worrying and running around and he tries to get close to her and help her out.
The summary basically explains everything, but if you have any questions or want to add anything in just ask.
This can also work for Infinity War, but may work better with Captain America: Civil War.
This is a social media and real life story, however, the only social media should be pictures of hanging out with the cast and having fun because you can't really explain this plot with only social media so it should be mainly real life. Josie should be close with the cast and over time they should all notice her stress and try to help her out and set up her and Chris. The main point of this is that she is trying to make the movie easy for EVERYONE so she is kind of being a pushover before the cast tells her to start telling people no.
Also, Josie is very proud to be a female producer so it should show on her social media posts, and she is very close with her assitant and unlike when she was an assistant, she doesn't only make Cameron get her coffee, she gives her responsibilities. And it could be cute to make Cameron and Tom Holland fall in love, but if you already have a Tom Holland book and want to connect them in a way then go ahead!
