This could be anyone aside from Bucky. I pictured this being Steve or Sam, but it could be cool if it were used for Wanda because she has chaos magic and is the opposite of Arisha.

SUMMARY;
On Janurary 30 of 1948, Arisha Sajuwa Ghandi was praying with her father in the gorgeous evening when her entire world changed. The girl surrendered to death along with her father and they disappeared from the Earth.

Half a century passed and the world continued to teach their peaceful philosophy, but no one would ever suspect Ghandi's daughter to return. Some believed in reincarnation, but that was not what happened one night in 2016, only seven months after Ultron's attempt to destroy the planet.

Someone was able to gain control of a lost artifact called 'the Oracle.' This object was able to bring one person back to life, but this was indeed a dangerous power to have.

One man decides the Avengers have ruined the world, rather than help it. And so, he brings Arisha Sajuwa Ghandi back to life to bring peace to the world. With the Sokovian Accords near off in the future, Arisha is requested to preach her father's philosophy once again and peacefully ask the Avengers to step down.

But she'll soon realize that peace comes with a price. And sometimes, the answer requires a little violence.

When I was alive, we sat in circles and prayed to our gods that peace would come, and we marched to protest salt from the English men. Forgive me when I say this is a little too much

PLEASE UNDERSTAND;

Arisha is out of her time, she isn't used to the technology and modern things because she's been dead for fifty-plus years. She should be confused and curious, but still holds her peace beliefs and her true Indian nature close to her heart.

She's a little lost without her dad, and this man that brought her back to life should hate the Avengers and Arisha should think she's doing a good deed by trying to get them to stop but will find out that the true enemy is the man that brought her back to life.

This is an AU before Civil War, but can lead into it if you choose.

Arisha does not have powers and will not fight, aside from maybe swinging a frying pan if she's in trouble. She's a believer in peace before war, don't make her a samurai or something.

 I don't know how she'll find the Avengers but she should try to get them to stop, you decide how and stuff. 

OR, YOU CAN MAKE THIS A PETER PARKER PLOT.
You can make the guy send her to highschool and be her guardian and stuff and she should try to get in touch with the Avngers all the while trying to convince Spider-Man he should stop trying to fight because peace is better or something. And he could go tattle to Tony and be like 'this girl is annoying, who the hell is this?' and tony will be curious and find out who she is and start writing letters to her and she will try and convince him to make up with Steve and make everything okay because peace wins all, or something.
IF YOU MAKE THIS A PETER PARKER  PLOT IT NEEDS TO BE AFTER HOMECOMING.
