Epilogue
Reds, blues, and purples swirled around each other, ever in motion. A beast of deep blue lay floating in the space as images of a boy and girl flew past her. A shimmering sound occurred as the swirls opened to a golden lined black hole. A majestic white beast steadily came through.
"So they're dead?" A smooth feminine voice came from the deep blue creature, the creator of time, Dialga.
"Not quite. It depends on our next course of action," a light masculine voice came from the white and golden quadruped answered. The creature of life, Arceus.
"I think we should break the cycle," Dialga said. "It's caused much more hurt in the long run. Just let them be together in the afterlife," Dialga sympathized.
"Yes I can see your point there, however, I have an idea..." Arceus said, before continuing to lay out his plan to the creator of time.
"Very well then. I guess this is the last time we'll ever be able to see each other without creating a huge disturbance?" Dialga inquired. Arceus nodded.
"Yes, this is the last time," he said softly, approaching her before rubbing his head against hers. She returned the gesture.
"I'll miss you," she said as the portal opened up and her precious Arceus disappeared through it.

Leaf watched in horror at her TV. Tears began to flow out of her eyes. She couldn't believe it.
"Mom! Mom! Come here!" She exclaimed. Her mom came running through the kitchen archway into the living room.
"Look!" Leaf gestured to the TV.
"Bodies have been found of many Team Magma grunts, as well as their leader, and the bodies of 3 teens. Brianna Wakana, the daughter of Maxie Wakana, the leader of the team, and the other 2 bodies identified as May Maple and Drew Hayden," The reporter said as images of the scene displayed on the screen. Leaf screamed before clinging to her mother.

Gary's eyes were bloodshot, but the residual burning of his former tears didn't block his determination. He slung the door of his car shut and went up to the front door of a house. He pressed the doorbell in, his foot tapping in anticipation. A bleary eyed and red faced Leaf answered the door.
"What do you want, Gary?" She asked. He pointed to his car.
"We're going, now!" He said. She nodded and yelled back at her mom before leaving with Gary. As Gary pulls out of the driveway, Leaf began the conversation.
"We're going to the beach aren't we?" She asked.
"You bet we are, I don't believe those two would go down like that, they're stronger than anyone I know!" Gary gritted his teeth.
"You're right. I don't believe it," Leaf said. "But maybe, maybe we're just having a hard time accepting it! They're gone!" Leaf sobbed. Without taking his eyes of the road, Gary took one hand off the wheel and linked hands with Leaf.
"It's okay, they're going to be okay," Gary said, believing what he was saying. It took them fifteen minutes to get there. It was a miracle the rescue crew was still there trying to uncover bodies. It didn't seem like there was any chance for survivors. The two got out of the car and bolted to where their friends were, lying on the sand, their hands clasped. Leaf fell to her knees.
"May! Drew! Please! Wake up!" She sobbed. Gary sat behind her and wrapped his arms around her. A rescuer approached them.
"I'm terribly sorry you two, but they have no sign of life," he said. Gary lowered his head, his hair casting a shadow over his face. Leaf let out and intense sob and wrapped her arms around Gary, crying into his shoulder. He rubbed circles on her back. Suddenly a huge gasp broke through the crying.
"Drew!" A familiar voice rasped. Leaf peeled herself off of Gary to see her best friend sitting up over Drew.
"Drew!" She screamed again. Suddenly a hand reached up and held May's face. Tears began falling down her face. Drew opened his emerald green eyes.
"I'm right here," he said, smiling gently at her. She smiled widely before ensnaring him in an embrace. She cried in his chest as he kissed the crown of her head.
"Drew, May, you're okay," Gary breathed in relief.
"Yeah, we're okay," Drew smiled softly. Suddenly May moved her head away from his chest. Tilting her head, she reached up and lightly kissed him. He deepened the action by leaning down into her. Gary slyly wrapped his arms around Leaf's stomach, gently pulling her close to him.
Everything was going to be all right.
Even if May and Drew lost their powers to finally be together. To break their endless cycle. Fate had lost its grip on them.

Hope that was worth the wait. Also, they died in the first epilogue so.. You're welcome. I gave a happy enough ending. Anyways, now that this story is FINALLY done, I can tell you my next plan! So I have had a one shot in the works for about a month, I'm too lazy though but I'll eventually finish it. Then I'm going to try and pick up shattered again.
Now I'm thinking of alternating chapters, so writing shattered, and then Silenced, with one shots as they come. Then I also have two fairy tail one shots I want to write but haven't had time for. They're both nalu and will come out on Pupsey and I's shared account, FairiesWithoutWings, so if you're into that, keep an eye out. I'll let you guys know when I post it.
Now this story has been an interesting ride, and I hope you guys enjoyed it!! I'm fairly proud of it, and I think I improved as a writer a bit in my adventure of writing this story. Anyway, for the last time on the story, bye guys!
