The T in LGBTQ+ stands for Trans*. This includes transgender and transsexual.

Transgender:
When your gender does not align with your sex assigned at birth. (Can include being Non-binary and/or gender-queer.)

Transsexual:
When you are transgender and have physically transitioned.
