"Neil!!! " He heard a loud voice which broke his trance. He just realised that he broke the frame. He lifted his face and looked at Avni who was looking at him in so much anger.

He controlled himself and closed his eyes to hide his tears while she walked towards him. He opened his eyes and looked at her.

"What Avni?!!!... I doesn't liked it... That's why I broke it! " He said like he intentionally broke it while she clutched her saree.

"If its not you, I would have killed that person... " She said to him with so much anger. Neil looked at her at first and then looked here and there and found the cutter which Avni used to open the courier which had those frames.

He picked the cutter and hold her hand and gave it to her and hold her hand closed to his throat.

"Just Kill me Avni.... You don't have to hesitate.... I know it's easy for you... You can do it... " He said still holding her hand. While Avni stiffen the grip on the cutter and looked into his eyes and he did the same too.

Avni jerked his hand away with her left hand and just cut her left hand palm in a go, intentionally pouring her anger, making him hell shocked. She chuckled looking at the blood oozing out from her hand. The cut was not that much deeper.

"Avni.... Tum Pagal Ho! " He shouted holding her hand while she was only looking at her hand.

He dragged her towards the bed carefully as there were glass pieces around the floor and he made her to sit.

"Where is the first aid box? " He asked her while she lifted her face to look at him and didn't replied.

"I AM ASKING YOU AVNI!... " He shouted again as he was getting tensed by each passing second. And the blood was continuously flowing from her hand and she was sitting like she was feeling no pain.

"In the closet... " She said while he rushed to fetch it.

He came back in a minute hurriedly taking the Neccessities from the box. He was doing the aid while Avni was continuously looking at him. His eyebrows were furrowed as he was still tensed and worried for her. He was carefully cleaning the blood making sure it doesn't hurt.

"Am I in my dreams? " She teased him with a smirk while Neil stopped and he recalled what he told this morning.

"Huh.... I care for you??... In your dreams! "

He lifted his face and looked at Avni to see her giving a teasing look.

"I am not cruel like you... To see someone in pain and act like a blind... " He replied and again started doing it while Avni chuckled.

"I guess you don't know the meaning of Cruel... " She replied while he ignored her.

He then band aided her wound around her whole palm. After doing everything, he got up to move but stopped when Avni spoke.

"Don't worry... It's not paining... " She said looking at her band aided hand. Neil turned to look at her wondering is she for real or not.

He brushed it off and went to call the worker to clean the broken frames. Avni then called her bodyguard.

Neil reached their room after calling them and saw her bodyguard there.

"I want this photo to be framed by tomorrow." She said giving the photo which Neil broke the frame. Avni then looked at Neil while giving the photo to her bodyguard. Then the bodyguard left.

After the worker had cleaned the room.
Avni was sitting on the bed all alone as Neil was not there. She saw her dress which was smeared of blood. She then saw some flashes.

Where the girl's dress was fully painted with blood. She was taken in stretcher

She then saw some flashes of little girl crying and screaming

"Maaa.... Maa.... "

"Papa... Maaa.... Please uto na... Please please... Uto na... " The girl was shaking their parents begging them to get up.

Avni started to feel anxious and she just hold her chest as it paining. Her breath went abnormal and she felt difficulty in breathing. She was undergoing panic attack. She tried to get up but just fell down on the floor suffering badly. She was still trying to catch her breath.

At the right time, Madhavi Tai entered having fresh juice for her and saw her on the floor. She was shocked and rushed towards her.

"Avni.... " She went near her holding her Avni tried to speak to her but couldn't able to.

"Neil Beta... " She called him. As the door was opened, Neil heard the sound and came to their room and was shocked to see Avni.

"Avni... " He hold her wrapping his hand around here shoulder while she hold his hand that is his T-shirt tightly. He was caressing her back as he can see she was struggling to breath.

She lifted her face and look at him.

"M... M... My... Me.... Med... " She pointed at the closet while her hand were shaking but she couldn't able to complete it but Neil understood that she was asking her Medicine.

He looked at Madhavi Tai while she hold her and he rushed to the closet and was searching for her medicine. He couldn't able to find it there. He then moved to other cupboard and opened the drawer and saw capsule bottle. He fetch it and went to her.

She picked it from him while Neil poured the glass full of water and she gulped it in a go. She was crushing his T-shirt tightly again and her other hand was still in her chest and she was looking down with her eyes tightly shut. Neil looked at her and can literally see how she is suffering. Neil moved himself closer while Avni placed her head on his chest as she felt him closer to her and her eyes were still closed.

Madhavi tai left from there giving them privacy. While Neil hand moved to and fro to hold her and after thinking a lot he just hugged her back caressing her hair as like saying to her that everything is alright.

He didn't broke the hug or parted himself away from her. He was giving her all the time just being with her. Avni slowly started to feel calm and she was getting back to normal. She opened the eyes slowly and saw herself on his chest. She broke the hug and they looked at each other.

Neil looked at her eyes which were soften not like that bold and daring one. Her face was pale and she was just looking at him.

"Avni...You okay? " He asked in low tone with full of concern and worry and care for her. He have never seen Avni like this. It was indeed surprising for him. He didn't even realize how much he got worried seeing her.

She just nodded and moved away from him and stood up to leave. He looked at her going. She went to washroom and splashed water on her face harshly and looked herself on the mirror.

Neil noticed the capsule bottle and took it and read the name of medicine as he had no clue what the medicine is about and why she is taking that.

She came back and found him nowhere. She felt relieved and went to the closet and took another medicine and came out and found the pitcher to be empty. She sighed and just gulped rawly in a go and went to bed.

Neil came back with glass of water and found her on the bed. He moved near her and found her sleeping. He placed the glass on the table and found cover of medicine. He picked it up and read the medicine.

"This is sleeping pills... Why did she take this now? " He thought looking at the medicine as he knew it that its sleeping pills . He then look at her.

He had lots of question in his mind. He then covered her properly with duvet and was looking at her.

"There is a lot more to know about you Avni..." He thought seeing her.
