Ignore mistakes, please

Third person P.O.V

*Mention of blood*

"Oh no."

Jungkook tried to laugh but couldn't because the person in front of him looked very... very angry.

"Jeon. Jung. Kook." Jin hissed in anger as he threw his coat over the couch and marched towards the raventte who took steps back nervously.

He mentally cursed for forgetting to inform the older.

"Where were you?" Jin hissed again while taking forward steps oh so dangerously as he rolled up his sleeves.

"I- hyung~" Jungkook whined but ops, older wasn't in the mood.

"Where were you last week?"

"Hyun-"

"Answer me." He snarled and Jungkook licked his lips, stopping by the hard wall, and Jin was now standing in front of him, his eyebrows frowned and clenched jaw with fists tightly closed.

I am so dead.

Jungkook thought and sighed while looking down.

"On vacation."

"When you returned?"

"A day before yesterday."

"And just after a day of your happy vacation, you again disappeared without any notification?" Jin asked in his low voice but Jungkook was sure that isn't a good thing.

"I am so-"

"Jeon Jungkook, don't you dare to make an excuse." Jin cut him off with a glare and Jungkook quickly grabbed his both hands with a pleading look.

"I am sorry ok.. but at least listen to me first. Taehyung wasn't feeling good since yesterday night and-"

"WHAT!? Where is he?" Jin again cut him off and made a run towards Taehyung's room, bursting open the room only to see a cuddled-up ball in the blankets.

He was about to walk forth when Jungkook stopped him and dragged him out of the room.

"Why you dragged me out?" Jin glared at him while crossing his arms over his chest.

Jungkook rubbed his temple, he can't keep secrets from his hyung but he can't even tell him the truth without permission from Taehyung.

"He just fell asleep Hyung, he had a rough day and night." Jungkook said with a guilty expression and Jin cooled down by that. He sat on the couch and patted his side for the other who joined him silently and finally started to talk.

"He fainted last night out of a sudden and even in the morning, he wasn't good. He was afraid- afraid of.."

"Afraid of what? Did something happen Kook?" Jin asked, his eyes filled with concern.

Jungkook mentally slapped himself for almost exploding the truth.

"I mean, he felt insecure for some reason. That's why I had to stay here to make him calm and feel safe. I was so tense about his condition that I forgot to inform you. Don't be mad please." Jungkook explained with a pout, making sure to hide the main truth but not lying at the same time. Jin squinted his eyes hearing that before flicking Jungkook's forehead to receive a low groan.

"Don't you dare to disappear like that again! I am forgiving you just because of Taehyung. Poor boy, he is kind of traumatized." Jin mumbled, his kind-hearted instinct hitting with great force.

"You did well by the way." He appreciated it after a while to which Jungkook smiled his bunny smile and hugged the older one out of blue, smashing his poor body under his well-built one.

"You are so kind hyung~"

"Oh for sake of my kind heart, leave me koooook. You are choking me." He struggled to say those words and Jungkook quickly let him go with a sheepish smile.

"How about dinner?" Jungkook asked after letting the older one breathe for his life and Jin shook his head in response once his lungs were not crying for oxygen anymore.

"Nope. I had my lunch a while ago. Not hungry at all. That Namjoon of Kim company is always this much generous when we have some meeting." Jin mumbled with a puzzled expression.

Jungkook made an oh voice before nudging Jin's side.

"Ahm. Someone is whipped for someone." He sing song and quickly made a run again when Jin got up from the couch to beat him.

Namjoon is the owner of a well-known company and they had a partnership with Jungkook's company for a year. Dimple guy was famous for his introverted personality but he was like a new person whenever he was with Jin. Jungkook did notice that every time and was sure that the other must have got a crush on his hyung but Jin always denied that.

"I swear Jungkook, just come here... you are such a brat. How many times have I told you the truth." He scolded the younger who was jumping here and there to save his poor ass from the older male, who was looking furious. 

"Ok ok sorry. SORRY." Jungkook shrieked as he was about to enter his room but got caught by Jin who pulled him back with his hoodie strip.

"Now tell me what you were saying?"  Jin asked with a mischievous smile once the younger was in his grip but before Jungkook could say a thing, they both heard a loud scream of Jungkook's name from Taehyung's room.

Both males rushed in hurry to the room and found a very panicked Taehyung sitting on the bed.

"Tae?" Jungkook softly said and ran to the bed only to be engulfed by the merman in a very strong and possessive hug.

Jungkook again felt the pang in his heart when the shirt was soaked by Taehyung's warm tears. Merman was shaking badly in his hold and was crying so badly.

Jin was also surprised by the sudden outburst of the younger male and he tried to say something but somehow stopped himself. He saw how Jungkook was saying soothing words in Taehyung's ear to make him calm and after about 10 minutes, it worked.

Taehyung felt another presence in the room and peeked his eyes from Jungkook's shoulder to see Jin standing behind Jungkook with a concerned look. He sniffed and pulled back to only fall on Jungkook again, feeling lightheaded.

"Tae? Wh- What's wrong?" Jungkook's eyes widened in panic when Taehyung fell in his arms with tightly shut eyes.

"My head- hurts." Taehyung mumbled in his hoarse voice as Jin and Jungkook shared a worried glance.

"Lay him down, kook." Jungkook quickly did that and very carefully placed his head on the pillow but Taehyung didn't let him go, instead, he tugged over his wrist with his oddly cold hands, causing Jungkook to feel more concerned.

"Don't- go.. stay," Taehyung mumbled lightly, opening his eyes to shut them again due to an odd feeling in his whole body.

"Did you catch a cold? Let me call a doctor." Jin quickly took his phone out and left the room in a great hurry but Jungkook remained seated there as Taehyung requested.

He softly massaged Taehyung's scalp to make him feel better, another hand was rubbing circles over Taehyung's hand that had a strong hold over his own.

"What happened Tae? Why do you look so scared?" He asked softly but Taehyung shook his head slightly, his lips wobbled recalling what he saw.

Flashback

He was laughing and giggling with his human so happily. He was running freely on the sand of the beach when he saw Jungkook running behind him but suddenly he fell on the sand and grunted in pain.

He ran back to see his human in pain and also felt the pain, blood was running out of the fresh wound on Jungkook's legs.

He cried in pain at his human but before he could reach him, he felt a force pulling him towards the sea, he tried to thrash with all of his power to stop himself beside his grunting human, but couldn't.

His body flew back and fell into the cold water, drowning down in the water all while he kept screaming Jungkook's name, all of his words muffled by the harshly flowing waves of the water. He could hear Jungkook's voice calling for him but he couldn't reply as the water waves threw him in front of the very familiar place.

He felt his legs already turn back to his tails and his body moving with the water currents. The same voice started.

"Why you aren't listening Taehyung, that place is not yours, you don't belong to the land. You belong here... come back." He felt his body shiver under the authoritative voice and he hung his head low in submission.

"My human-"

"He isn't yours. You are too special to have a human as your mate." The same voice boomed again.

"I feel strongly bound with him.. I can't let him go." Taehyung stated

"I will help you to forget him, just come back, before you regret your choice." With that he saw Jungkook in the water, struggling to breathe, some chains were pulling him down.

He tried to swim to him and save him but couldn't as the horrible scene played in front of his eyes. The water turned red when the chains slashed around the human's body, cutting and moving through his limbs.... his human shattering into blood and flesh in front of his eyes.

A horrified scream left his lips as the limp body of Jungkook disappeared under the depths of the sea.... leaving him screaming and thrashing under the hold of some invisible chains.

Flashback Ends.

The thought made him shiver badly, making him let out a cry of pain, causing Jungkook to quickly peck his forehead.

"It's ok hun.. it's ok." He softly said to calm him but deep down he was so worried by the way the merman was reacting.

Taehyung avoided his pain and got up from the bed to hug Jungkook again.

"I- scared.... too scared... Jung- kook." He sobbed out again, trying to nuzzle into Jungkook's neck messily. Jungkook let him do so again and rubbed his palm over Taehyung's back.

"Don't cry bun, it will hurt your head more. And don't worry, I am not going anywhere. I am here, don't feel scared." He breathed out, trying to sound so calm but his voice was shaking from the emotions he was feeling by the small frame attached to his body.

Jin saw both males from the doorway after he was done with the call, he felt something was off with the way both were behaving.

He sighed looking down at his palm, narrowing his eyes at the beautiful shiny pearls that he found on the table which were not so common to find anywhere, and now he had some doubts growing up in hi heart.

"Who are you Taehyung?"
