Yoongi yawned and stretched his arms above his hands climbing to the back to visit with Jungkook and Jimin. He sat between the two while Jimin was carving out a simple pattern.

"You're really good at this," he commented as Jungkook pointed at different furs that he wanted on his. Jimin looked up and gave him a sweet smile thanking him.

"Can I paint them after you're done?" Jungkook asked looking at Tae's neatly designed shoes.

"Go ahead," Jiminie replied sewing two pieces together. Jungkook hummed happily picking up his naked tail and swinging it around until Yoongi snatched it back and whipping him in the head with it.

"Yoonie that's mean," Kook whined holding the top of his head and looking a bit pissed, but he didn't care as he continued to watch Jimin's skilled fingers turn scraps of leather and wood to shoes.

At the front of the wagon, Jin was holding Taehyung in his lap and swaying them from side to side. Occasionally Taehyung would get a kiss pressed to the side of his head and he would shy away a deep blush spreading along his cheeks and ears.

"You blush like Yoongi," Jin commented biting his ear a bit, "You're ears turn really red and you can't help it," he teased.

"Shut it," Taehyung huffed crossing his arms and watching the wolf that was pulling the cart in front of them.

"Hoseok looks like he's scared," he commented after watching for some time.

"He doesn't like heights," Jin said watching Hoseok hang on tightly to Joon's fur not daring to move much. It didn't even seem like he was speaking, which was one of the reasons Namjoon wanted Seokie to go with him.

"Why doesn't he come down?" Taehyung asked looking at Jin.

"Namjoon wanted him to go with him. Joon didn't want Hoseok near you until he gets I don't know calmer," Jin explained.

"I want him down, especially if he's scared," Taehyung said defiantly worried for one of his mates: that word felt foreign to his mind as he thought it.

"It's up to Joon, sweetheart," Jin explained.

Taehyung stood up carefully holding onto Jin's shoulder as he yelled at the wolf pulling the cart. "Namjoon stop!" he said and they stopped moving and the alpha wolf looked back at the human who hopped off the wagon and Jin smiled proudly.

Taehyung walked over "Sit," he said and the wolf sat, "lay," he said and Namjoon laid down with his head on his front paws. Taehyung walked over and kissed the wolf's giant nose that was bigger than his head. He could probably slip his head in the nostril if he tried.

He went to the shoulders of the wolf and started to crawl up the fur and ended up sitting beside Hoseok who hadn't looked up still clutching the fur.

"Seokie," he said calmly, "come sit with Jin and me," he said softly taking his hands and unclenching them from Namjoon.

"Okay," he said and with the help from Tae and Jin standing at the bottom of Namjoon to catch them made his way to the wagon.

"Tae go sit with Seok," Jin instructed going to Namjoon's head. He smiled kissing under his eye.

"Taehyung and Hoseok are fine," he said making the wolf roll his eyes and huff hot air at him. "I think that they will get close, Taehyung was a bit upset you made Hoseok scared," he giggled hugging Namjoon's head.

Namjoon picked Jin up as he clung to the side of his face and gently placed him in the back of the cart starting to walk closer to the mountain again. It wouldn't be long.

A week or so has passed for the mates and they were now at the base of the mountain. They located a human trail because it would be safer to travel by and Jimin finished the shoes.

"Baby," Hoseok groaned as Jungkook was being annoying with his tail. He kept puffing it up in his face when he would brush it down.

Taehyung shivered with Jimin and Yoongi under the furs. The mouse wasn't cold, but he was letting the humans absorb his body heat. They didn't produce as much heat as the hybrids.

"Let's hope we don't meet any fellow travelers," Jin grimly said following the trail with his eyes as he and Namjoon pulled the cart together.

"It'll be okay," the wolf said getting a better grip on the wagon carrying his mates. Jin nodded as they went on the winding path that zigzagged to make traveling easier.

"Kookie," Hoseok whined picking him up on his lap. He wiggled around giggling.

"I'm bored," he whined.

"Jungkook why don't you snuggle with Jimin?" Namjoon suggested not wanting a cranky fox.

He nodded crawling under the covers and breathing on Jimin's face a bit. "Hey, Jiminie, and Yoonie, and Taehyungie," he whispered.

The mouse smiled fondly laying his head down on the furs as he had a human on each side of him. The hybrids moved around so that the humans were in the middle and the cold blocked out.

Jimin and Tae cuddled facing each other letting their warm breath fan their faces while the mouse and squirrel held their backs making them nice and toasty warm.

"I'm worried you're gonna start your heat on the mountain. We can't stop, we'll freeze," Yoongi said to the squirrel.

Hoseok peeked into their fur hearing their conversation "if that happens we'll just have one of us with him at all times," the fox said, "it'll be easier now that we have mates,"

Jungkook nodded knowing that before the changing of the seasons he would go into heat.

Taehyung yawned a bit and cuddled closer to Jimin. It kinda sucked that the cold disliked him, he wanted to be a bit freer, but sadly he was embarrassed and he and Jiminie put on their undergarments.

Hoseok pushed the humans apart as he settled himself in the middle. Taehyung huffed and made the fox rest on his chest as he ran his fingers through his hair earning a few whines and pleased shudders.

Yoongi furrowed his brow and laid his head on Tae's other side. The hybrids noses touched and they giggled as Taehyung sighed deeply and pet both of them.

Jimin laughed and was brought into a hug with the squirrel. It was very mutual with nuzzling of noses and small Eskimo kisses.

Namjoon and Jin made small talk as a sort of background noise as they saw the rest of their mates cuddling under the furs. Jin was soft and would often turn his head smiling fondly.

"I really love them," he said almost dreamily.

"I do too," the wolf replied leaning over and quickly pecking the big cat's mouth.

"Watch it mutt," Jin teased and Namjoon hissed mocking Jin.
