They walked into the grove of trees to the river. Jimin gasped seeing all his laundry pulled from the line in the hands of a naked man. The moon illuminating his small body. Taehyung froze watching what the man would do before he started out.

"Hey!" Taehyung said stepping forward. The man squeaked pulling the shirt off his head to stare at the couple. His eyes went wide because he had been caught red-handed.

He was young probably as young as they were with grey hair which was odd. His eyes darted between the two of them and he ran holding all of their clothing against his chest. He jumped across the river. The couple chased after him. They didn't have money to buy new ones so they both ran after the naked man in the woods.

It didn't cross their minds that they were leaving the river and into an unfamiliar part of the woods. "Leave me alone!" The naked boy yelled. Jimin stumbled over roots and shrubs trying to keep up with them in the dark. They darted through the trees guided by the faint light and the sounds of the struggling boy ahead of them.

"Give us back our clothes!" Tae screamed chasing after the culprit. They chased him a good fifteen minutes dodging low branches and logs.

"Jinnie! Help!" The boy yelled diving into a hollow of a giant tree. The couple dived through the hole after the grey-haired boy not thinking about what they were getting themselves into. They went through a tunnel-like slide landing with a thud on the dusty ground.

They immediately sat up and gasped crawling over each other trying to get away from the men standing around them. Their backs hitting the side of the tree in the dim firelit room. They were all naked, but Jimin found the grey-haired man with their clothes throwing them into a pile of other clothes.

"yew they stink," one of them grumbled sniffing at the white linens distastefully glancing back at them. They timidly clutched each other watching the different faces. Jimin's eyes wandered around the room. A weird pink rope was on the ground his eyes trailed it and realized the naked man who stole their clothes were hybrids.

"a r-r-rat!" Jimin pointed to the pest who jerked his head over and narrowed his eyes. Taehyung gasped and noticed that all of them had some sort of animal trait. They were so distracted that they didn't realize one of them was getting closer.

The couple snapped out of it when a bigger, tanner man crouched down face to face. Jimin and Taehyung kept their eyes up to his face because he was naked and everything was on display.

"He's not a rat," he huffed sniffing them. His warm breath hitting Jimin in his face and he flinched when the man got closer digging his nose into his hair. He tried to squirm away squeezing onto Tae's waist. He whimpered when the bigger man plucked him easily from Taehyung and sat criss-cross on the dirt floor with Jimin in his lap.

"l-l-l-l-et me g-g-o," he shivered feeling dirty for being so close to a naked man, not his husband. The giant brushed his fingers through his hair petting him. "t-t-tae-hyung," he cried feeling the wet tears clean little trails of dirt from his face.

Taehyung was wide-eyed and tenderly reached a hand out for Jimin. He was pushed back by another and was held against the tree "who are you?" he asked cocking his head to the side with a lopsided grin. A hand holding the collar of his shirt firmly.

"T-t-taeh-yung," he stuttered not able to take his eyes from the man in front of him. "w-who are y-you?" he asked.

"Seokjin," he said. Taehyung caught glimpse of a spotted tail flicking behind him and soft tan ears on his head. "You hurt Yoongi?" he asked narrowing his eyes.

"No! The rat took our clothes!" he exclaimed trying to pry Seokjin's hands from his throat.

"He's not a rat!" he snapped slamming Taehyung's back into the tree wall. "You're the ones who came into our home uninvited," he said getting closer to his face.

"Don't hurt him," the man holding Jimin said. The smaller boy still sobbing into his hands. Taehyung struggled a bit until Seokjin dropped him and he crawled over to Jimin gently taking his hands and slowly pulling him out of the giant man's lap into his own. Jimin threw his arms around his neck burrowing his head into him.

He held Jimin's body close to his own looking at everyone scared of what would happen to them. Jimin was his responsibility, he promised his father. The giant man pulled his rather bushy tail from behind him and studies Taehyung's face "Taehyung," he said his voice deep "and?"

Tae flinched but answered "Ju-Jimin," he pulled his husband closer. The hollow of the giant tree being made into a home. Nets hung above them along with candles. Their clothes mixed with furs and other clothes.

"I'm Namjoon, alpha wolf," he said reaching a hand out and patting Tae's head. Starring curiously at them.

"They called me a rat," the animal pouted and another one that resembled a fox was nudging his face with his nose in what the humans thought was a comforting manner. The rodent glared at them before hugging the fox.

"He's a mouse," Namjoon said pointing to the man who was hugging the fox his pink tail in his hand "His name is Yoongi," Taehyung glanced up and made eye contact with the mouse who huffed swinging his tail around. It was weird looking.

"Seokjin's a jaguar," the said animal grinned. Taehyung had a feeling he was second to Namjoon. "That's Jung- where is Jungkook?" he asked looking around the room before looking up "Jungkook get down here!"

Both humans looked up seeing a young man climb down a ladder and land with a thud making dust swirling into the air. "Jungkook's our squirrel," he grinned holding out his hand for the boy to take. He walked next to him sitting beside Namjoon.

"What are we going to do with them?" Jungkook asked looking at Namjoon. His dark colored eyes darting between everyone in the room. He bit his lip and pulled his fluffy tail out wrapping it around his nakedness.

Jimin had turned around watching the five interact with curiosity. The wolf hummed his ears twitching lightly "for now we keep them. It's too dangerous to go out now," Jimin let out a rather loud sob drenching Tae's shirt, but he could care less.

Taehyung watched all of them noticing they all were all wearing a similar scar on their necks besides the alpha wolf. They had only heard stories of such creatures, but they knew that those were mating marks. Rather odd ones at that, not belonging to the same species.

"Alpha," Seokjin started speaking until Namjoon held up a hand his eyes glowing brighter "I want them to stay a little longer," he said. Seokjin huffed taking the squirrels hand and leading him to the furs. He made the little creature sit and he followed.

The human's eyes widened and watched the jaguar lick at the squirrel's tail cleaning it with his mouth. Namjoon moved a little closer to them and smiled calmly "Would you like to eat dinner?" he questioned turning to look back at the fire where fish were cooking.

Taehyung didn't say anything frightened that he could set off the wild creatures "y-yes," Jimin hiccuped "plu-please," Namjoon smiled and walked over to the fish touching them gently before bringing two sticks over handing one to Jimin and one to Taehyung. He sat criss-crossed watching them eat happily.

Jimin brought the filleted fish to his mouth, the crunchy outer layer accompanied by the rich and flavorful meat. He quickly started to eat, natural oils staining his fingers. Taehyung licked at it gently before taking a bite. He didn't imagine that hybrids would be able to cook.

"Thanks," he muttered eating the fish off the stick. Namjoon grinned watching them finish their meal before taking their sticks and adding them to a pile to be washed.

"We don't have many beds, we usually all just sleep there," he pointed to the piles of clothes and furs that resembled a giant bed. Seokjin was picking through Jungkook's tail while the squirrel messed with the jaguar's tail. The mouse and fox next to them talking occasionally petting the squirrel that seemed to have an endless amount of leaves in his tail.

"Um..." they didn't know how to respond to this. Jimin was still between Taehyung's legs, but he ceased his shivering. "I don't want you to leave yet, it's dangerous at night," the wolf said standing high above them. His nakedness making the humans blush all over again.

"We do ha-" he froze his ears twitching atop his head and his eyes following the sounds. "Jin," he snapped and the jaguar looked up and hushed the others. The humans strained to listen, but everything sounded like natural nature noises. Even the crickets were chirping.
