If your whole body therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be full of light, as when the bright shining of a candle does give you light.

As Juniper's mother screamed in agony, Juniper closed her eyes. This had happened before but never during the day. Searching inside herself, Juniper found the bright light inside. She focused on it. If she would have had her eyes open she would have seen the transformation. She would have screamed loosing the light inside.

If she would have had her eyes open she would have seen the man from earlier. He quickly laid a hand on the woman and began to chant.

The light grew brighter with each word the man spoke. The woman on the bed began to scream louder. Soon her voice became deeper and raspier. The man stopped chanting as he stared at the other side.

A smile formed on the other side's face as it stared at the man. "You can't get ride of me." It spoke.

The man nodded his head in agreement. "I can't. But she can." The man said as he pointed at the girl.

The other side laughed until it looked at the girl. The light was blinding and the other side tried to move away. "But how?" It choked out.

The other man shook his head. "At first I didn't know. But I know now. She is the wholly light. She is the weapon that will disperse you." The man said as he once again began to chant. This time the girl went limp with his words. And as the man chanted her body lifted up off the floor and floated closer to the other side. It tried once again to move away and failed.

With a steady hand the man stopped his chanting and took the girls hand. He placed it against the heart of the other side. That was all it took as the both the other side and the girl passed out. The light surrounding the home grew brighter and brighter. More screams sounded out around the village next to the beach. Then everything grew silent. Deathly silent as the man carefully laid the girl on the bed next to her mother.

Leaning down the man kissed the girls lips. "Thank you." As he turned and left the small home.

All around him there was silence. The light from the house flowed in waves across the land forming currents of smoke that floated off across the water.

In that moment as the man looked on a smile formed on his face. He lifted his arms in the air and closed his eyes.

"May we all rest in peace." He said as his body dissolved into a cloud of smoke.

I was supposed to make this a romance story. I think this is a better ending. Everyone finally at peace.
