My eyes are getting heavy

10 pounds of dreams waiting to come true are weighing my head down

Blasting music and cold water splashes on my face aren't even helping any more

But .. I can't go to sleep

My yawns are long
My body practically still until I realize I'm almost asleep
Sudden jolts off the bed
In attempt to stay up

My blankets so warm
So soft and fluffy to the touch

Third cup of coffee
And a ton of sugary food
