After the king and assassin were taken care of the party quickly comes to an end. Nash and I are the center of everyone's attention even though the party is over, guests quickly leave not wanting to be in the presence of a demon. Vector surprisingly shows up after all the guests leave, this is when Nash spilled his little secret that he's been keeping from everyone. Everyone but Vector, who seems to love the idea that I'm going to eat Nash's soul is upset to hear the terms of the contract. The seal that's in Nash's eye disappears as the terms of our contract have been met and he tells the others not to be upset. That he made this decision on his own, with that said he turns to me.

"You've kept your end of the deal, now I guess I have to keep mine."

I give him a gentle smile but I can't bring myself to take his soul, I don't want to lose anything else that's important to me.

"I can't do it." I say turning away from him slightly.

They all look at me in shock, even Vector.

"What do you mean?" Nash looks at me confused.

"I can't do it, I can't bring myself hurt you. You were the only person that has been there for me despite the fact that I'm a demon, you don't see or think of me as some vile creature." I say taking his hand.

I can sense Merag's hope that Nash will be able to stay and keep his soul.

"All I've ever wanted was to get rid of the emptiness and cold feeling that I've lived with for so long. I guess what I've trying to say is that... I love you."

Nash looks at me in disbelief along with the others, I except Nash or the other emperors to start throwing insults at me but instead Nash hug me.

"You deserve to have someone care for you after being disowned by the people who claimed to by your family."

"So you're not going to throw me out?" I look up at him with worry.

"No, you are free to stay here with me and the other emperors if that will make you happy. We can be your new family."

I smile and hug him back, laying my head against his chest. The others mines Vector and Mizael gather around me and Nash, welcoming me into the family as well as promising me to be there when I need them. I realized I didn't need to become a demon to beat my depression.

"I see you have finally learned your lesson."

Everyone turns to the voice to see a young woman dressed in a blue and white maid outfit standing near the doors.

"Hannah..." I say a bit shocked.

"Do you know this woman Dumon?" Nash asks me, studying the woman's appearance.

"Yes, she's the demon I made the deal with." I say back. "So what bring you here Hannah?"

She smiles sweetly at me and speaks in a soft tone.

"It's simple, I'm here to free you from your bounds as a demon. When you came to me I saw the distress you were in and knew you were there to make a foolish request."

"Then why did you agree to grant my request in the first place?" I'm confused and don't understand what she's getting at.

"To teach you a lesson, you thought that by becoming a demon you would be free of your depression when in fact-"

"It only made things worse." I finish for her.

"Correct, you thought you were all alone when you had people that cared for you. But when you made the decision to become a demon is when you lost everything that ever meant something to you. That's when you truly become alone."

"I thought that once I became a demon I couldn't return to normal."

"There's more then one way to trick a moral, you should know that by now." She smiles. "You'll need to gather these ingredients to make a potion that will return you to normal." She hands me a list of ingredients.

I take the list from her and thank her for the lesson she taught me. Then she disappears into the shadows, since Durbe is good at making spells and potions he gathers the ingredients and makes the potion. I'm a bit hesitant to drink the potion but do it with Nash's support, within 24 hours I'm back to normal. I'm staying with my new family, I haven't gone back to my old family and I never plan to. All I need is Nash and his love.

Well that didn't take very long, it only took me three days to write this.

Dumon: Can you please stop torturing me now?

Shing: Hmmm let me think about that, no! ^^

Dumon: So mean.

Shing: Yeah I know, don't you love it? ^^
