Summary:

House of Cipher was unofficial household founded by Bill Cipher and (Y/N) Hyoudou after the defeating the Fallen Angels at the church. It was yet to gain recognition by anyone but after (Y/N) defeated Riser in a duel at an Engagement Party, he gains the interest of Great Satan Sirzech Lucifer. The household is consist of (Y/N)'s Peerage which includes himself, Asia Argento, Raynare, Kalawarner, Mittelt, Ravel Phenex, Mira, Kokichi Ouma and Pyronica. All of them were combination of a demons, nun, Pureblood and Reincarnate Devils, and Fallen Angels.

Bill Cipher: Originally from the Nightmare Realm, he was resurrected via the promise he made with a sentient amphibian, Axolotl. He was then accidentally been summoned by (Y/N) Hyoudou and tried to possess his body. Unfortunately, he was interrupt by Raynare as she killed the boy before he could fully possess him. He was then trapped in the mindscape of (Y/N) and decided to be the mentor of the younger twin of Hyoudou as the next generation of Dream Demon.

Peerage:

(Y/N) 'Cipher' Hyoudou: Also known as the new generation of Cipher, he is the current Founder/Leader of Cipher Clan after his unfortunate death before being revived as a devil by taking a King piece from the House of Gremory. After being promoted as High-Class Devil due to his performance by fighting against Riser Phenex, official founding his Peerage.

Asia Argento: An ex-nun turned Devil, Asia was the first batch of the early member of the Cipher Clan and an official piece of (Y/N)'s Peerage by taking the Bishop Piece. Earlier, she was a nun who serves the Fallen Angels after being exiles for healing a devil. She was then been reincarnate into a devil by (Y/N). She act as a healer in the Peerage with her Sacred Gear, the Twilight Healing. She might've develop a feeling towards (Y/N) and easily jealous when he was being with another women.

Ravel Phenex: She is Pure-Born Devil from the Phenex Family and was traded into Cipher Clan after (Y/N) won his fight against Riser She took the role of Support in Healing and Offensive Magic with her Phenex's origin. She gains interest on (Y/N) after the fight and gradually come and help him if during a mission.

Raynare: She was originally a Fallen Angel and was reincarnated into a devil and an early member of the Cipher Clan. She was the mastermind that killed both of Hyoudou Twin for their power, and took Asia's Twilight Healing. After being mentally damaged by (Y/N), she gains a masochistic side and called her leader as Master. She took the role of a Knight in the Peerage.

Kokichi Ouma: Known as an Ink Demon by the devil societies for his crimes, this young prankster devil is the Rook of the (Y/N)'s Peerage. Being tricked to kill (Y/N), he trapped him in a painting and fought the Dream Demon. After the misunderstanding, he worked together with some of the Occult Research Club member and Sona Sitri to save both (Y/N) and his sister, Mikan after the Henchmaniacs kidnapped him. Swore to protect his sister, he decided to join (Y/N) because of 'to be strong, we must be with the strong' ideology after being sentenced to join it by the order of Sirzechs Lucifer. Despite being an annoyance towards the Hyoudou Twin, he respected (Y/N) for accepting him and think of him as a big brother...by pranking and annoy the living hell of him.

Kalawarner: She was originally a Fallen Angel and was reincarnated into a devil and an early member of the Cipher Clan. A part of Raynare's plan, she was supposed to kill Issei but failed. During the Church Raid, she was beaten by Akeno and forced to join (Y/N)'s Peerage as a Pawn (Two Piece). She slowly to warm herself up the older twin of Hyoudou, maybe had a bit crush on him.

Mittelt: She was originally a Fallen Angel and was reincarnated into a devil and an early member of the Cipher Clan. A part of Raynare's plan, she was supposed to guard the church but was then ultimately defeated by Akeno before being forced to join the Peerage as a Pawn (Two Piece). She didn't like the idea of being someone slave by showing some disrespect towards (Y/N) but she eventually warm up a little after the raid of Rias' Engagement Party.

Mira: She was formerly one of Riser's Pawn (One Piece) before being traded into (Y/N)'s Peerage after Riser was beaten by him. Currently, she is feeling complicated the fact that she can see Bill and be with a crazy guy like (Y/N) as her new master.

Pyronica: Formally a Henchmaniacs, Pyronica joined the Cipher Clan as a Pawn (Two Piece) after surrendering herself to the devils during the Fearamid Battle. She known Bill for a long time back at the Nightmare Realm and was a part of his groups on terrorizing Gravity Falls in a Weirdmagaddon Event. After Bill's apparent demise, she was forced back to the realm and waited for five years before returning to the world once more after (Y/N) opened the Weirdmagaddon for his first time back at the church and made her way to Kokichi's world. After knowing that (Y/N) will come to the world, she made her move to kidnap him and Mikan for the ritual to bring Bill back. After the trial, Sirzechs ordered both her and Kokichi to join (Y/N)'s Peerage as a punishment. She gradually declined some of the offer beforehand. It's true that she have a huge crush on Bill Cipher but after the fight, she got a slight crush on her Peerage leader.

Blair: She is a witch that can transform herself as a cat and (Y/N)'s first familiar. During the visits at Familiar Forest, (Y/N) made a contract with her after founding her near the bushes. She always seen flirting with her master at home even in her cat form, making the women around him more jealous.
