At dinner, everyone ate it was a full roast dinner with all the trimmings, "so what did you do today?" Sebastian asked Amalia she looked, a mouth full of mashed potato. she swallowed and said "we looked around at the market, and I found you a present nannas put it safe so you don't see it" Sebastian chuckled at this. "Oh! me and Sumire had a freak hot chocolate with cookies, and cream, and Oreos and grandpa gave us both a new bitter rabbit!" he said "really now, and a freak hot chocolate?" hed never heard of it "it's a hot chocolate like a freak shake, a cafe is trying them for Christmas and the girls seemed to love it" he nodded.

Through dinner, it was talk about what happened today and such, after Sebastian cleared the plates to clean up. Rachel said "now girls how about you both change into some warm PJs, and we can watch a film in the living room" Amalia nodded and went to go. Sumire followed her "ok, she's now like a little chick or duckling following her," Ciel said Rachel chuckled and said "well it seems Sumire has really taken a liking to Amalia, and it's a good thing," Ciel said "yeah, but also when Sebastian leaves to go back after Christmas, will she be ok with losing her friend? oh also Meyrin is fostering a kid there 10, and he's called Finny" Rachel said "that's sweet, and true on that I hope shell be ok"

Amalia helped Sumire change into her PJs, they came down with their bitter rabbits. Rachel got some pictures she couldn't believe how cute these two were, once everyone was in the living room, they put a Christmas film on the polar express. the adults talked amongst themselves as the girls watched the film but not too loud so they wouldn't interrupt it for them. Vincent said, "Sebastian where on about going to the fair one night when it's set up" "just let me know what night, I did happen to see a flyer in the pub about a circus coming nearby, maybe we can take them to that and ask Meyrin if her foster child wants to come?" "that's a great idea" Rachel smiled. Ciel groaned and said "I'm going to call and shout at a blond booty shorts wearing idiot" he left.

Sebastian chuckled "what's wrong with him?" Vincent asked "my guess is, Alois volunteered him for something or has done something stupid" Sebastian was right on one of those things, Alois had volunteered Ciel for something. Rachel said "oh also there's the panto that is on the night before Christmas eve, I've already got us all tickets" "that's good, Amalia just went with her school and I try to take her, so this saves me how much do I owe you?" "Oh, it's nothing Sebastian really, it's our treat and look at those two" they looked at the girls who were in their own little blanket fort watching giggling a little, as they watched the film.

"You know Sebastian Amalia has really helped Sumire, alot more than we expect" "really?" he looked at Vincent who nodded "yes Sumire has been staying with us since the beginning of November, and it took until the 3rd maybe 4th week for her to answer a question that wasn't a yes or no one, but you and Amalia have been here a few days and the improvement we've seen is amazing, she's helping her be the self she likely was before we became her foster parents" this shocked Sebastian. his little girl had been that big of a help and had a big impact on this little girl this made him feel more proud of her if it was possible, and it also made him feel like he had done a good job.

Rachel touched his hand, he looked "you don't ever have to doubt yourself, Sebastian, we can see it when you've visited or we visit you doubt yourself all parents do we did with Ciel, when we were younger and when you moved in when you were 16, we both worried were we going to be able to help you help make you see that there are people who cared for you, and we can see that back then we didn't need to worry at all, and you'll be the same you will look back when she's alot older and think, what on earth did I worry about" he chuckled. saying "you are both very sharp, and it's hard to hide things from you it's like Amalia, she just decided to call you her grandparents I never forced her to, like Ciel is her uncle she called it him herself I never forced her"

"We know that Sebastian, we know your family likely won't bother so we decided ourselves to fill that role, let her see what it's like" Vincent smiled at him. "It seems kind of quiet in here" Ciel came in after his phone call and looked in the little fort, and said "hey there asleep, but might want to get a picture" the others came to look, and it was a cute sight. both girls hugging each other there hoods up, and their bitter rabbits between them. Rachel got a picture and said "this is what I meant Sebastian, she's so attached to her already we didn't expect it" he nodded he carefully picked Amalia up who snuggled into him. Vincent did the same with Sumire, who snuggled into him Rachel wrapped the blanket around Sumire, "let's put them to bed" Sebastian nodded and went to their room. he pulled the cover back and put Amalia down, Vincent did the same and covered them up and both left Pluto came in and lay at the foot of the bed.

When Sebastian and Vincent got down, Rachel asked "where they still asleep?" Sebastian nodded. "They must have burnt alot of energy today huh?" Ciel said not looking up from his phone. "I believe they did today, and it also does them good to have an early night some nights," Rachel said. Sebastian nodded and said "yes, I believe for Amalia it's all the excitement has come full force and wore her out, the fact Ciel stayed then coming here making a new friend and whatever you did today" Rachel and Vincent nodded. "For Sumire, I think it's making a new friend and all the fun things we did today," Vincent said Rachel nodded. Sebastian smiled enjoying this, not knowing tomorrow would be very different not as fun for one little girl, and it would be the start of his December chaos.
