At dinner Sumire was very quiet, the adults knew it was because she was unsure of the new people and still of the new environment she was in. "Amalia" she looked at Rachel who said, "Sumire is in your room, is that ok you share with her?" Amalia looked at Sumire who was eating her dinner, and not letting go of Miki or her new plushie sei she nodded and said "that's ok nanna, it can be a sleepover" Rachel smiled saying "alright then, as long as it's ok with you" they would have to ask Sumire later if she was ok with it.

After dinner Rachel said "Sumire" she looked at her "are you ok sharing with Amalia? the room you're using is the room she uses when she visits here Shes ok with you sharing?" Sumire had her plushies by her mouth and nodded. to her Amalia was nice she wasn't pushy and wasn't loud at all, Rachel smiled and said "ok, now tomorrow do you want to come around the village with me Vincent and Amalia? were going to go present shopping" Sumire gave a small nod. Rachel said "alright then" Sumire went off to do whatever she wished, "so is she ok with it?" Rachel looked to see Vincent there. she nodded and said "yes she's ok with it, she's also agreed to come shopping with us tomorrow in the village" Vincent smiled and said "alright then, maybe this will help her even a little" Rachel nodded having the same thought.

Amalia was at the coffee table doing her new page, she had drawn a small picture. Sumire was watching her from a distance Ciel had gone to his room to call Alois, Sebastian was watching something on TV and saw Sumire come in. he left her to do what she wanted Amalia had her craft stuff all over the table, as she called it organised chaos. Sumire got close enough to cast a shadow on the paper, Amalia noticed she looked which made Sumire jump a little and move back. "it's ok if you want to look" she told her, Sumire came over and sat nearby and said, "what is it?" "Oh, it's my homework, I have to write about what I do over Christmas break I'm making a scrapbook, I put what the most important things I do each day on the page with a picture or something then I" she got her notebook out and opened it up. "Write about what happened today in this then my dad puts it up safe for me"

Sumire was interested it looked like she wanted to try or ask, Sebastian saw he came over and said "do you want to do one Sumire?" she hugged her plushies and said into Sei's fur "yes please" Sebastian said, "alright then, Amalia why don't you help her" she said "ok, I've finished this page" she gave him the page he took it. "Alright then remember when you're done clean up" she nodded she gave Sumire a blank piece of paper, "why don't you draw the best thing that happened today too, it can be anything" she carefully put sei and Miki down. she looked not seeing Nai "where's Nai?" she asked Amalia said "oh, I put Nai in my room so he can meet the other plushies and make friends with them" she nodded and started to draw. Amalia and her giving her sei and Nai, and then herself giving Amalia Nai.

Sebastian watched glad she had a little friend but did wonder about that scar on her eye, but wouldn't ask about it yet. the time just flew it was bedtime Sebastian said "ok time for you to get changed for bed, and to go to sleep" Amalia looked and said "ok!" she cleaned everything up and put it back. "Do you want to come and get changed Sumire?" Sebastian asked she picked her plushies up and left, he knew she likely went to Vincent or Rachel. Sebastian went to his room and gave Amalia her PJs, she went to the bathroom and changed they were a grey tabby cat onesie, she also had bed socks on and came over to Sebastian, and said night to him which he hugged her and wished her a goodnight she went to say night to everyone else.

Rachel felt a small tug on her, she looked and saw Sumire she knelt "yes Sumire?" she asked "bed" Sumire told her. Rachel looked at the time and realised it was Amalia and Sumire bedtime, she got up and said "now what PJs do you want tonight?" "Miki" Sumire said meaning a squirrel onesie. Rachel nodded smiling helping her change into them, Vincent had gotten a spare bed and put it in Amalia's room. the room was large enough to fit them both in and still have a lot of room to play and such, Amalia was sat in bed already, Rachel smiled and said "now how about we have a story? Sumire, can you pick one" she nodded and went to get it and brought it over.

Rachel took it and sat by both girls reading it to them, while Rachel read Amalia had snuck off the bed and put some plushies on the other bed for Sumire, and put a nice soft blanket on for her and then went back to the bed before they noticed shed gone. Rachel soon finished the story and put the girls to bed, she wished them both a goodnight which both girls said it back. Rachel closed the curtains and put some fairy lights on, since Sumire didn't like the dark Pluto had come in and was laying by Sumire bed so he could help if she needed it.

The next day when Vincent went to wake them, he saw the two in Amalia's bed in a fluffy blanket, hoods up on their onesies and was hugging each other he took a picture of them both. He went over and gently shook Amalia saying "it's time to wake up" she curled into Sumire, she was very warm and comfy she didn't want to leave. "I know you want to sleep but it's time to wake, up if you don't, we can't go shopping in town" Amalia recurrently got up. Vincent smiled and said "now can you wake Sumire up please" she yawned and nodded rubbing her eyes, and said "ok grandpa" he left them to it while he went to breakfast.

Amalia said "Sumire it's time to get up" she yawned still wanting to sleep. Sumire woke up rubbing her eyes, Amalia got down rubbing her eyes going to Sebastian's room but he wasn't there. "Looking for Sebastian?" Amalia looked to see Ciel "he's making breakfast, come on" he held her hand. she had kitty in her arm, Vincent and Rachel were sat at the table Sumire to "where was she?" Rachel asked "shed gone to Sebastian's room, so I brought her here" the adults nodded. Sebastian came in with breakfast he put it down, it was a mix of different things like pancakes toast a full English.

Sumire reached for some toast and cherry jam "do you want some help?" Sebastian asked. Sumire shook her head and tried but it was a little bit of a mess, Sebastian said "are you sure?" Amalia said "it's ok, my daddy won't hurt you" she recurrently agreed. Sebastian spread enough on and gave it her back, she quietly said "thank you" Amalia just had some toast "so what's the plans for today?" Ciel asked "well me and your mother are going to take the girls into town, we can help Amalia pick Sebastian's Christmas gift, and since it's been a while since Amalia last came, I thought we could explore, they've got a few activities on now Christmas ones" "are you sure? I don't mind coming" "no Sebastian it's fine really, use this time to catch up with Ciel or see some old friends," Rachel told him.

Sebastian said "alright if you're sure about that, then I'll do that" the two adults smiled at this. Ciel shook his head and ate his breakfast and said "oh Alois is on about coming over in the next few days, I thought I'd say now since Sumire and all" she looked at Amalia and said, "who's that?" Amalia said "that's uncle Ciel's boyfriend, he's fun he does all different hairstyles," Rachel said "alright, let us know the day and time" Ciel nodded. Amalia tried to get Sumire to talk a little but didn't push it at all knowing she might not want to talk, after breakfast Sebastian said "alright I've laid your clothes out, go change" Amalia nodded and ran upstairs "how about we go pick something Sumire that's nice and warm?" Sumire nodded following Rachel up to the room.
