Standing side by side the Duo stared blankly at the screen as the news continued to report what had happened in Vienna. Natasha has headed off the day before to be the representative for the Avengers over signing the accords.Neither had signed the contract, nor had the twins who had disappeared after Steve left for England. However, that didn't stop them for being worried for their fellow Avenger (a new and strange feeling for the pair of them). No one seemed to know what to say to the Duo on the matter, now it had just gotten ten times worse.

"A bomb hidden in a news van ripped through the UN building in Vienna." The reporter spoke quickly as the scene popped up behind her. Smoke and fire covering most of the building as people continued to evacuate onto the street. "More than 70 people have been injured, at least 12 are dead. Including Wakanda's King T'Chaka. Officials have released a video of a suspect who they have identified as James Buchanan Barnes, the Winter Solider. The infamous HYDRA Agent, liked to numerous acts of terrorism and political assassinations." Crystal's breathing hitched as Ruby swore under her breath.

Pulling out the phone Tony had given her after joining the team Ruby pulled up Steve's number and hit ring, instantly putting the device on loud speaker so they could both speak to him. As she did so Crystal hurried to the bedroom door and locked it, making sure no one could get through and intrude, although most were out or busy anyway. "Ruby? What's the matter, I'm a little bus-"

"Where are you heading to find the Winter Solider?"

"What, what are you on about?"

"Steve please we know your connections to him," Miss Evans spoke, earning a small sigh in reply. "We know you're going after him. Let us help."

"Are you crazy?" Same voice joined. "You two need to stay where you are, you are ex-HYDRA. He could cause you to defect."

"Unlikely, Barnes isn't that good at talking to people now a days." Countered the blue eyed female. "Let us help you, he knows us. Or rather he did, whether he remembers is a different story."

"You know him?"

"Trained with him when we were younger, Strucker 'borrowed' him for a lack of better terms to help train us since he was the best Agents they had. Why do you think we're so good at hand to hand? Did you think Strucker could pull that off?"

"That's very true he didn't put up much of a fight." The Captain pondered. "And if you trained with him, it's likely you can hold yourselves against him. Neither of you signed the accord either did you?" Both shook their heads before they realised he couldn't see them.

"We've been considering it but can't come to a solid conclusion." The green eyed girl shrugged. "We have counter arguments for both sides but this changes everything now. If Barnes is no longer under HYDRA's control everyone will be after him and it's going to get dirty pretty quickly."

"How quickly can you get to Bucharest?"

"Flying on wings... About six hours providing all goes well and nothing stops us. Maybe faster." Crystal answered.

"You can half the normal flying time? Because I've just googled that and-"

"Yeah Sam they're well trained and they aren't as heavy as a plane don't forget."

"Right."

"You need to leave now, I'll send you a location to meet us at. Hurry." With that Steve put the phone down, leaving the girls in silence. Instantly they changed, their bodies glowing gold for a few seconds before returning to normal, their white Avengers uniform now adorning their bodies. The white wings on Crystal's back stretched out tightly, having not been used in a few days. The phone bleeped again, a text message from Captain Rogers appeared with a location like he promised.

"Do you really think Barnes is capable of this?" Crystal wondered aloud as Ruby took her hand and mimicked her wings. "I mean he is capable of this when in the control of HYDRA, but they lost him a while ago. Plus, what would motivate him to blow up the UN without being told to?" Miss Jackson stopped opening the window, considering the point her friend had brought up.
It was unlike the Winter Solider to act with being told but at the same time, if she remembered correctly, he had escaped HYDRA's clutches after what had happened between him and Steve in DC. They couldn't have found him again, could they? But then what motive did they had to blow up the UN in a meeting about the Avengers. Revenge? Pointless, only one of them was there. It all seemed too out of character for both HYDRA and Barnes.

"I don't know, but that's why we're going to help. Maybe we can get through to Barnes and see what actually happened, that's if he remembers us." Finally throwing the window open Ruby moved out of the way to let Crystal out first. Just as the younger of the two sat in the ledge ready to fall out the door knob seemed to jiggle, as someone on the other side tried to open the locked door. Seconds passed until the Vision phased through the wall, searching for a few seconds until his eyes landed on the Duo who both were now frozen after being caught.

"Where are you two going? Mr Stark has asked that you and the Twins remain in the tower at all times." He spoke, taking a step forward ready to bring them back into the building. However, as he stepped Ruby reacted quickly and pushed Crystal off the windowsill, sending her into the air away from the building.

"Sorry Vision but we have something to take care of us. Look after the twins for us yeah?" With that the seventeen year old dived out of the window, leaving the male starring out of the window as they both flew away from the tower. He knew going after them was what Tony would probably want, however he knew trying to take on the Duo would be a difficult task, even for him. So with a sigh he decided to unlock the door and make his way back to the kitchen, where Wanda and Pietro had taken residency cooking meals from their childhood to try and stop the boredom.
