Entry 1 - Where everything changed

Y/N's day started like it always did. Akashiya slamming on his door, demanding he get up. But she did this to everyone in her squad. Since a lot of her squad got taken out at the attempt of saving district 6 (the one with the destroyed school) she swore on herself to take care of her remaining squad and train them with an iron fist. She decided one of the best ways to do this was to bang of the door of everyone in her squad at 06:00am.

Since their Chamber was a drive away from their school, they had a pickup collect them each morning to bring them to school. A so called „School Bus" If you will

Shi: Cmon people let's get moving, it's time to get up!

Y/N: For fucks Sake Shi, do you ever sleep?
Y/n said with an obvious annoyed tone

Y/N got up and washed the his face.

His Chamber was very small and only had essentials, such as a bathroom, bedroom, petite kitchen and Armory.

At first it was enjoyable, but soon it got very depressing. Friends weren't really a thing considered he lost his best Friend, Mei, at the Destruction of District 6.

He was pretty much alone and concentrated fully on school and Protecting his remaining school.

After Showering and getting dressed into his school uniform, equipped with a light bulletproof vest, he grabbed his bag, tucked his 6 inch blade horizontally onto his right arm and swung his AUG A2 over behind his back. As he walked to his door to leave his dorm, he glanced back towards the bedside table. A Selfie of him and Mei, just 3 days before the incident.

FLASHBACK: Y/N POV

Y/N and Mei were Sitting on a roof, looking at the stars passing over the roof of Mei's school.

Y/N: Once this war is over, we'll find our Creator and, turn this world into the world we see in the films at school!

Mei: Do you really think we could bring it to an end Y/N?
Mei said with a happy perk in her voice

Y/N: Yes, and I promise to do so under any means necessary.

Y/N said without looking away from the clear night sky

Mei stopped and thought for a second...
Mei: In that case, i promise too. Whatever it takes Y/N...

FLASHBACK END

Y/N stood at the pickup location next to the Chamber the whole of district 4 stayed at.

There were originally 250 Teens in each Clan, but after his Clans School destruction and failed backup attempt, their numbers quickly dropped from 250 to 100. The other clans had an unknown but estimated amount of 200 Teens left. If only he could have saved Mei...

Y/N sat down and waited while he polished his AUG A2 until his Squad Sniper Chan walked up to him

Chan: You still thinking about her?

Y/N: ...

Chan: It's not going to get better. You have to move on. You're one of the best in our school. And this is a war we're fighting. She's dead, get it?

Y/N: I know Chan. It will get better...
Y/N growled lightly

Chan turned around and said:
Chan: It better, or otherwise General Shi wi-ARGH

Y/N had waited until Chan's back was turned and drew his 6-inch blade over Chan's neck while keeping him in an Arm Lock

Y/N: DONT YOU DARE TALK ABOUT HER LIKE THAT AGAIN OR I SWEAR I WILL GUT YOU LIKE THE FUCKED UP FISH YOU ARE

Chan couldn't answer since he was being choked and was starting to lose consciousness

???: Guys, what the hell is going on here?!

Y/N instantly dropped Chan who started coughing heavily while on his knees. He instantly knew who was talking to him

Y/N: Sorry Moka...

Moka: Don't apologize to me, apologize to him! He's literally dying the poor thing!

Y/N helped Chan get up and handed him his Remington before shaking his hand.

???: What happened here?

Y/N, Moka and Chan Saluted

Moka: Nothing General, just a misunderstanding that's all, Moka Said with slight tension in her voice

Y/N: Yes, exactly

Chan: Yes, me and Y/N had a disagreement that's all

General Akashiya „Shi" Tsun looked at her three operators without saying a word

Just while she was about to say somthing the 3 „School busses" showed up.

Akashiya: Where's our Medic?

Moka: Repairing her bike General, she said she would come to school immediately after finishing the work on her Bike.

Akashiya: That girl has some Nerve

Akashiya thought for a second

Akashiya: Chan, your sitting with me in
Transport 2. Moka, take Y/N into Transport 3 and sit with him. 

The Three nodded and lowered their Salute.

Akashiya: THE REST OF BLACK PATCH, DIVIDE YOURSELVES INTO TRANSPORTS 1 and 3!

Among the Crowd: YES MA'AM!

Squad Black Patch walked into transports 1 and 3, though most went into transport 1.

TIMESKIP, MOKA POV

Y/N and Moka were at the back of the bus with Y/N sitting at the Window, looking out while the bus was on the way to school. It was silent for the first 5 minutes until Moka decided to break the Tension

Moka: Hey Y/N?

Y/N: Yea?

Moka hesitated, but continued.

Moka: Do you still think about her?

Y/N stayed silent

Moka: Im sorry, i shouldn't have as-

Y/N: Yes, I do. Everyday. How if I were quick enough, did more, were better, that I could have saved her. But I know that I can never change that now.

Y/N kept looking out the Window, gulping back tears that were on the verge of spilling.

Moka felt like she had to do something, comfort him at least.

She put his arm Around him and her her head on her shoulder. She cared about Y/N a lot, even though
Y/N didn't see. Since the day they went to the same class and trained together, she always had an eye on him. He helped her with her shooting as well as homework at school. He had been like a brother to her.

She didn't have one, heck, no one had siblings in all the districts, but from all the films that they saw at school about "Family" and "Siblings", Y/N was the closest she had to so called Family.

But maybe it was more than that. Only once, they had seen a film explaining the term "Love". She didn't understand it, as did anyone else, but she had a feeling that was what she felt towards Y/N. She always wanted to confess how she felt and explain how it felt to Y/N, but Moka being the Smart girl she was had a suspicion that this same feeling had possessed Y/N and that he was feeling the same way towards Mei.

But after her death, Y/N seemed to change. He was always the quiet Type, but now he didn't talk to anyone and didn't interact with anyone. He seemed angry, more tense and he was much better at school and at shooting. He continued to help me and others but he seemed annoyed, sad.

Maybe she couldn't ever confess to him.

This Tore her apart ever since the thought crossed her mind a while back. She also became an outcast towards her class, started taking medication that Kurumu gave her

FLASHBACK MOKA POV

Kurumu: "Here, you'll feel better after taking these

Moka: O-Okay, thanks Kurumu

Kurumu: Don't mention it

Kurumu walked out lighting a cigarette on her way. She stopped halfway walking out

Kurumu: Hey Moka...

FLASHBACK END

Moka lifted her head of Y/N and reached for her backpack, awaking the interest of Y/N, wanting to know what she was going to get out of her backpack.

It was the bottle of pills Kurumu gave her

Y/N POV

She took out a small bottle of pills from her backpack.

It said "Alprazolam" on it.

Moka opened the bottle and shook one into the palm of her hand. She was now offering Y/N one.

Y/N: I don't pop Xanax
Y/N said with a small chuckle

Moka: Why, because Pills are for pussys?

She said with a laugh. A lot of the other school students bullied her because she had to take those pills. She didn't care. The Pills helped her and she takes it with humor.

Y/N: Why would I? I'm not scared of being of human.

Y/N said looking away

Moka: No, but you are afraid of feeling feelings.

Y/N went silent, knowing what Moka said was pretty much true

Moka knew exactly what to say, since she knew she feels the exact same way that Y/N does. She put away the pills and rested her head on Y/N's Shoulder

Y/N POV

Maybe she was right

I don't want the pills, but neither do i want to think and feel whatever it is im feeling.

It hurt too much

i decided to forget it and wait out the rest of the Transport Ride

3rd Person POV

They were driving through something called a "town". It was like the Chamber but more destroyed, lost, forgotten.

All of a sudden the Transport came to a sudden stop.

Y/N: Why the fuck are we stopping?

All of a sudden a loud explosion Conquered his ears and all he could see was transport 1 in flames

Moka: Y/N what's happening?!

Moka said with a worried tone.

Random Student Soldier: GET DOWN WERE UNDER ATTACK!

Y/N: Oh no...
