Luke's P.O.V
It didn't take much as usual. It seemed in this disastrous world it didn't take much to actually create a disaster. The Hyundai's sped along, creating menacing sounds to those all around us. We had to do quite a lot of weaving as most of the wreckage appeared to be in the road.

We were heading in the most dangerous direction. Enemy territory, where no Remnant dared to go. It's not like we couldn't protect ourselves in enemy territory, it's just that we didn't want unnecessary wars. As you can see we're constantly having said wars. We don't need anymore. Unfortunately, we have no stability.

"Where are we going?" Zoe asked.

I pointed at the first building that appeared, the three-headed dragon symbol looming in the darkness. I rejoiced at the sight of The Hydras symbol because soon I'd be destroying it completely.

"Okay, heres the plan. We're going to ambush that building which belongs to the Hydras." I told them.

"Didn't you guys win the war?" Toni asked. I nodded. "Then why is there a base here?"

"If you think about it during the war bases were taken. That's why we made it official. The war only ended on Friday. We all decided to chill the weekend so nothing happened. No one took these bases back. So majority of the bases they took are still theres."

"Um Luke? We stopped two minutes ago." Jonathan informed me. It was me, him, Toni and Zoe in the car. The rest were split between the two other cars.

"Okay let's role then." I got out the rest following me.

We all had taken coms before we left so I spoke. "Team Fly take the back. Michael and Team Earth with me. "

I marched towards the door kicking it open. My gun in my hand as I surveyed the brothel. Empty to the maximum. Which is weird. It should be filled with perverted men, a bartender and, of course, women. But nothing.

Till the bartender popped up with a shotgun and fired at the entrance. I pushed Toni to the ground as I took a shot at the bartender. Down he went.

"Team Fly upstairs. Nothing but three girls." Gabriel reported.

"Okay. Tag this place, Ted. Make it ours. Team Fly come down. There must be a reason this place is empty."

Team Fly set to work while the rest just stood there. I knew this was coming.

"You just killed that guy?" Toni asked.

"I didn't tell you because I wanted you to see this. This.., " I pointed to the body", is Death. You've met him, now you met what he stands for."

"Got something." Andrew called and held up a phone. "Says here on one of the texts that all units needed to rally up at the Pylidium. "

"Okay then we're going there."

We all jumped in the cars, Team Earth still quiet for good reason. This was war.

"Does The Remnants have brothels?" Zoe asked.

"Yeah they do." I answered.

We drove to Pylidium. All of them looking sick but Zoe seemed to be holding up. I wondered why then it hit me. She saw Death fight. If you saw that then you'd be set for life.

"We're here. Same plan as before." They nodded.

This time I had said that as soon as the building came into view. Which was good since the Velosters weren't very silent. We rolled up and jumped out, charging in.

The door went down once again. I stepped in and surveyed. People were resting and eating but once the door went down they had risen to attention, grabbing various weapons. All hell broke loose.

I shot down the first three guys before taking cover behind a flipped over table. Toni followed suit diving straight in and killing four before taking cover. The rest made it in taking the rest of the floor.

No hesitation, just pure anger. Bad or good?

If your imagination is good then imagine this. Nine people storming a room with about twenty enemies and taking them down.

Team Fly moved upstairs as soon as I entered. Moving in pyramid formation, taking down all the Hydras easily.

Five minutes later we stood over dead bodies. Zoe's eyes seemed to be glowing with a subtle purple light. Toni sat on a chair that survived the carnage, drinking a coke from their fridge. The rest were spread out chilling, waiting for their next orders.

In my eyes this was the best team I've ever assembled. Maybe they could do what many couldn't.

"How do you guys feel about taking down the Hydras headquarters?" I grinned evilly.
