Mia then wakes up. Upon opening her eyes, she sees that she's in a hospital room. The slow beeping of the machine next to her echos across the room. And, of course, there's the very dull white colors mixed with the dim lighting.

What happened? The last thing she remembers is..... the ferris wheel, then falling into the water. What about......

Breaking her thought process is a rough thud on her lap. She sees a very recognizable black book in front of her, before turning to the man that dropped it in her possession. His eyes are literally black, the pupiles having covered all of the color in them.

"Hide it under your pillow." He advises in a very monotone voice before simply exiting the room with a robotic walk, looking like he's under some type of spell.

As she decides to go along with the man's instructions, her mind is now running through questions like bullets. How did she get here? Why is she here? And how is she still alive?

A cackle then erupts in the room, and Mia turns to see the creepiest thing she's ever seen. "You humans are so interesting." The figure comments before laughing again. Mia would most likely be screaming right now, but instead she's dead still as her mouth moves before she can order it to. 

"What happened?"
