"Uh, Chief. What's this L they're talking about?" Matsuda asked, looking at the older man next to him.
"Right. I forgot that it's your first time at this conference" Soichiro, just remembering this fact.
"We don't know who L's real name or whereabouts. In fact we still don't even know what he looks like. However he's managed to solve every case he's even taken on. And he's tackled some of the greatest mysteries this world has ever known. He hides in the shadows, but is he is the best of the best" Soichiro explained.

"Our last resort...our trump card!"

"That's exactly right" another man confirmed.
"Beside, we don't even know how to contact him" he stated, that that no one in this room would know how to reach this guy.

"L is already on the move"

Everyone instantly look, as they all noticed that someone has suddenly appear on the stage in front of them.
A tall man, wearing a trench overcoat and a fedors hat which was hidding his face.

"Who's that?" Matsuda asked, wondering who this man is.

"That man's there, is the only person who can contact L..." Uei started to say as the man has a briefcase in his hand.

"...Nobody knows his true identity either" he tells Matsuda as Watari place the briefcase on the table, gentle.
In the middle of the room, "Please be silent" the man said.
Causing everyone to become silence as Watari went and gets out...a laptop?
Placing it onto the table, where the briefcase was a moment ago and took a moment to to set it up.
"L would now like to address the delegates" he tells them all before opening the laptop up...
