"Every single one of them involved a heart attack" a man stated, that every death that have been happening were the same cause of death.
"They were criminals who was either being held in prison, or who were wanted by police for outstanding crimes" said another.
That these were the sort of targets that these incidents were happening to.
"And i think it's safe to say there are other criminals whose deaths are unaccounted for" he added.

"Morning, Chief" Uei greeted him as he takes a seat next to him.

"...these were criminals who were probably facing executions sooner of later" a man stated.

"Why shouldn't it matter whether it's a criminal or someone innocent?!" the man yell out in protested.

"It's still too easy to consider these a homicide" a man said, that they shouldn't draw quickly to conclusion just yet.
"Then how did all these people have heart attacks at the exact same time?" he ask back.
"That's not coincidence, it's murder" the man stated.
"You think it's possible to simultaneously kill all of these people in different locations" he said to him.
"We're treating this as an elaborate murder plot that has been carried out by a large organisation" another person announced.

"Investigating a series of heart attacks is pointless" a man stated, that they are wasting their time.

"If these people'd been shot or stabbed, at least we'd have something to go on" a man tells them.
