Mia made it to the final step of the stairs, where Light was standing waiting for her.

*Bedroom*

"Thank you so much for helping me with my homework. I know that you are busy with things" Mia said as the two enter the room.
"No problem, happy to help" Light replied.

"So..."

"...what sort of homework are you doing at the moment?" he asked as Mia put her bag on the bed.
"Quadratic equations in math" she stated as Mia went and got out her homework.
"But I'm one of the people in my class who doesn't get this stuff" Mia tells him as she heads to the desk.
"I'd be careful if I were you" said Ryuk as Mia sat on the chair, in front of the desk.
"If anyone else touches that notebook you've got hidden in the drawer right now, they will be able to see me too" he warned.
As Mia place her notebook down onto the desk, "Huh?"
"He waits till now to mention that important details? Dammit shinigami..." Light thought.

"What's wrong?"

"Are you alright?" Mia ask him in concern, wanting to know if he was okay.
Causing him to snap out of it, "Hm?"
"It's nothing" Light answered with a calm gave as he went and came over to where she is.
Glaring at the shingami for a moment, "So..what are you stuck on?"
