Light exited the school building, along with some other students.

"Hey, Light. Are you listening to me?" said Ryuk as the shingami was hovering beside the shinigami.
"Don't talk to me. Unlike you, people can still hear me when I talk out loud" he states in a low voice.
So that no one can hear him as the shinigami was flying next to him.

Tssk!

"Heh, well, aren't you boring?" Ryuk scoffed.

As Masaru and Shiori exited the building, seeing Light
"Hey Light!" Masaru called, causing him to stop walking and turns to look back at the two.
"Wanna hang out today? We were..." he said before Light interrupted him.
"Sorry, I can't. I got plans" Light apologise before he turned and walk away from here.
"Oh, okay" Masaru replied.
"We see you later then" Shiori called as the two watch as their friend was leaving the school grounds.

"You don't have anything to do. Aren't you just gonna go home and hang out in your room as usual?" said Ryuk.
"What are you talking about? Of course I have something to do" Light tells him back.

"Something very important"
