*Shinigami Realm*

"What?!"

"...a pair of sleeping skulls?" said a shingami.
As a pair of shingamis were sitting down on some rocks.

Playing with skulls, a form of gambling here in the shingami realm.

The first shingami form was humanoid in appearance.
Wearing a bone mask, and his body is covered in white linen.
Beside him was a scythe, making him thematically similar to the classical depiction of a grim reaper.
The shingami has long, black hair and lush, red lips.

The other shingami most prominent feature is his animal-like head, which is of a cattle skull with long horns.
He's wearing a large, dark-red beaded necklace and has yellow eyes.
Parts of his body is covered in brown fur, some of it were covering his shoulders.
Along with hanging down his back, around his wrists, lower legs and another path around his waists.
Also hanging down covering his crotch, like clothing.
He has a pair of wing, covering in the same brown fur.

The Shingami Realm is a barren, dry, and desolate land.

"I win again!" the other shingami cheer out in triumph, that he beat him again.
"No hard feeling, right?" he asked, making sure it was okay between them.
The first shingami turn his head, noticing another presence nearby.

An shingami called Ryuk, was sitting nearby.

On one of the rocks the same as the two, watching the game being played in front of his eyes.
He has a fairly humanoid appearance, extremely slim and has light-gray skin.
Almost blue-ish in colour, with spiky black hair; thin.
Blue-gray lips and sharp, pointed teeth.
His limbs are abnormally long, and he wears rings on his fingers.
Ryuk has large round yellow eyes, with bright red irises.
And retractable feather-like wings on his back that would enable him to fly.

"Hey there, Ryuk" one of the shingami greeted him as he lift his hand up, giving a wave.
"Would it kill us to join us? You should join us once in a while" he said to the shingami.

"No, I'll pass" Ryuk answered, rejecting their offer of joining their game as he continue to to watch them play.
