L becomes curious, "Unusual? What do you mean?" he questioned.

"I'm sending you a copy of a letter, as well as pictures taken at the scene"

"Thanks" said L.

A moment later, pictures suddenly appeared on the screen.

"It sounds like he was afraid that Kira would find him" Hall, the woman stated as she leans over him.
"It's believable that our victims would've been genuinely afraid and wrote this" L said back as the woman went and sat down bext to him.

"Regarding the latest victims, we can't realise details of these men's deaths to the media. Please tell them that 'cause of death was cardiac arrest and nothing else"

"As far as they concerned, these are just heart attacks. There's a possibility that Kira was performing some kind of test using these criminals. Using the victims to test something. If that's the case, we'd only be giving him the result if this information is leaked to the public. We don't want to let him know if he succeed or not"

"Right. I understand" Soichiro replied with a nod of his head.

"Used them to test...what?" said one of the men in the room.
"So now he is experimenting on his victims?" another stated, couldn't believe that anyone would do that.
"Horrible" a third man commented in disgust.
"He is playing with people's lives, as if all this was just a game. It's unforgivable" Soichiro stated.

"If Kira is really using criminals as test subjects, what is trying to achieve?"
