*Unknown Room*
In a unknown location, someone was standing there in the middle of the room.
It was a man in the darkness, staring down at the computer laptop.
His hands stuffed in the pockets of his loose jeans, that the man was wearing.
"Kira. I will find you, and I will win..." L thought.

Soichiro has just exited the room and into the corridor.
Stretching his arms out, feeling the after effect from a meeting.
Once he does so, the man turns and goes over to the window to take a look out of it.

Door Open..Door Close

"Chief!"

Soichiro turns to look back behind him, to see...Uei standing there.
With a plesant smile on his face, "You look like you could use one of these" Uei tells him.
As he handed the older man a cup of hot coffee, "Sleepy much?" Uei asked.
"Ah. Thank you" Soichiro replied, returning him a kind smile as he accepted the cup from him.

Sip..Sip..Ah

"That'll do the trick" said Soichiro as he remove the cup from his lips.

Sigh

"I feel all these late nights are staring to take their toll" Soichiro states as someone was making their way up to the two men.

"Excuse me"

The two stopped talking and look, to see...Matsuda standing there.
"About what I said earlier at the meeting..." he started to say.
"Well, now that I think about it, I'm sure everyone already knew that" Matsuda continue to say as the man has realise this.
Then he went and bowed, "I'm very sorry, Chief" he apologise to Soichiro.

"What on earth are you talking about?"

Making Matsuda look up as the other man had just raised an eyebrow.
"Nobody says it'll be easy to speak the truth, but it has to be done. Especially when it is something that isn't easy to say" Soichiro told the man, making him sigh in relief.
"But having saying that. If you gone on to say that we should command Kira for doing such a great job of reducing violent crime. Then yes, I might have a little problem with that" Soichiro stated.
Which made Matsuda become very flustered, "Oh, no"
"No, I wouldn't. That would never happen" he stuttered, assuring them both that would never ever happened.
