Junko: You know, time manipulation sure is bullshit. And you want to know what ability is more bullshit than time manipulation? The ability to have time manipulation that extends beyond just your control over time!

Within the Scarlet Witch Mansion, Sakuya was walking down the stairs to the main hall before the front doors burst open and Dio came in. 

Sakuya: Why hello there. What is it that you need?

Dio: A fellow servant. Bring your master here. I wish to eliminate them and make this palace my own.

Sakuya: I apologize, but my master doesn't affiliate herself with anyone... below trash.

Dio: You dare mock me? Hah! What a foolish little gi-

Sakuya appeared in front of him and immediately kicked him out of the building.

Sakuya: And stay out.

She bowed and turned around only for Dio to immediately come crashing from the roof with a Steam Roller.

Dio: ROAD ROLLER DA!!!

He slammed the Steam Roller onto her and started punching it over and over again.

Dio: MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA! MUDA!!!

He punched it one last time and it exploded.

Dio: WRYYYYY!!!

Sakuya: Quiet. You're loud.

Sakuya appeared right behind him as a bunch of knives were above his head. They immediately dropped down and Dio jumped to the side to dodge them before storming at her. He jumped up and went for a downward punch but Sakuya slowed down time, jumped over him, resumed time, and kicked him in the back of the neck, sending him dying back out of the mansion and crashing into the garden. As Dio started to get up, Sakuya stepped out of the mansion to approach him.

Sakuya: I was hoping to give you a fair warning as I did not want to dirty up the mansion any further with your filth. But if we're truly going to do this, then you'll need your roller back.

She snapped her fingers and the steam roller from before appeared above Dio who quickly jumped back before it smashed to the ground. He fired his Space Ripper Stingy Eyes at her and she blocked them with an energy barrier before jumping up and throwing knives at him. Dio threw knives of his own and they countered each other before Sakuya landed behind him. A bunch of knives appeared in front of him this time.

Sakuya: Time to say goodbye.

They fired when suddenly everything around them turned grey. Sakuya immediately realized time had stopped. She turned around as Dio's stand had come out to play.

Dio: You may have similar abilities, but you fail to capture my superiority!

The Stand started punching all the knives as time resumed and bounced back at Sakuya, who slowed time down around her and dodged them before dashing at Dio.

Sakuya: Using my blades against me? Very impressive.

The World flew at her and went for a downward punch, but Sakuya sped up her personal time and rolled under it before pulling out several knives and throwing them at the stand. The World saw them coming and quickly swatted them away as Sakuya pulled out another knife and swung it behind her to try and strike at Dio. He caught her arm as she used her other hand to try and stab his eye out but he caught that too.

Dio: Useless! Useless! Useless! Useless!!!

He started to freeze Sakuya's arms and she immediately noticed this as The World flew at her from behind. She immediately made a shockwave around her that knocked them both back and shattered the ice. Dio looked up to see her already above her.

Sakuya: Your ice powers won't work on me.

She kicked him in the face, cracking his skull as she kicked him away. She then sighed before she heard laughter.

Dio: Mwahahahaha! AHAHAHAHA!!!

He touched his face as all the damage done to him disappeared.

Sakuya: Hm? Well isn't that odd? Well, I knew something was wrong. After all, that level of healing isn't something of an ordinary vampire. So, why don't you show me what you truly are?

Dio: You really want to know? Fine. Cower in despair as you witness the presence of a GOD!!!

He crossed his arms and started to blow. Once the glow simmered, his hair, skin, and attire changed into a more Godlike appearance as he floated from the ground.

Dio: Heh, you thought you held superior power, but it was I, Dio, who reigns supreme! Now then, instead of obeying such a low-life vampire, obey me! The ruler of them all!

Sakuya closed her eyes and sighed once more.

Sakuya: As if you couldn't get much uglier. And your behavior is atrocious. 

She started to step forward.

Dio: Oh? You're approaching me? Instead of running away, you come right to me? 

Sakuya: Of course. I would rather die than work for trash like you. But since I've won this battle, YOU will be the one who dies!

Dio: Bold words for a human!

Dio made several large tornadoes and Sakuya dashed past them before jumping up and going for a kick, but Dio's Stand came out and went for a punch as they clashed. The World Over Heaven then punched her in the face and sent her flying through the air. She caught herself mid-flight as she summon four orbs and started firing thousands of blades and Danmaku down at him. 

Dio: Is that all you got?!

He flew up at her as his Stand started punching all the projectiles. They made it to her and she quickly put up a barrier that the Stand immediately smashed to pieces.

Dio: Useless! Useless! Useless!

He snapped his finger and his stand started punching her rapidly.

Dio: MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA!!!!

The stand then punched her to the ground hard enough to make a crater as he summoned a giant lightning bolt from the sky that struck down at her, creating a huge explosion. As Sakuya made it to one knee, Dio floated down and landed in front of her.

Dio: You were worth the entertainment at least, but alas... I've grown bored of these games. Now disappear!

He held out his hands, ready to erase her from the entire multiverse... but Sakuya simply stood up and brushed herself off as nothing was happening to her.

Dio: Nani?!

Sakuya: Hm? Is something the matter?

Dio: What is the meaning of this? Why isn't my power working?!

Sakuya: Oh I see. I did notice that you had complete omnipotent control over everything you touched, so I made sure to erase every moment that you hit me from the past, present, and future.

She took a polite bow.

Sakuya: As you can see, despite all your progress, I haven't been damaged in the slightest.

Dio: Tch. Hmph, don't think of this as a win. It only means I'll have to finish you with a single blow!

Dio unleashed his Stand as it went for a punch that Sakuya jumped back to dodge. She then stopped time with a smile.

Dio: Hmph. Your time abilities do not affect me! 

Dio and his Stand flew at her as she pulled out her Stopwatch. She threw it and it hit Dio's forehead, freezing him in her personal time.

Sakuya: No effect? Don't be silly. My time... is unbreakable.

She walked behind them as time resumed and a bunch of knives stabbed Dio all over his arms and hands.

Dio: What the?!

Sakuya: I told you did I not? I erased every blow you landed on me in the future. So how do you expect to ever best me?

Dio: Grr... how I do it... DOESN'T MATTER!!!

He used his blood and squirted it in Sakuya's eyes.

Dio: How do you like being blinded by blood?! I won, now die!

He went for a kick but Sakuya summoned a clone that stabbed him in the chest and slammed him to the ground before disappearing. Sakuya then walked above him.

Sakuya: Your right. I can't see... this reality of which you speak. It's about time I turn it to fantasy.

She stomped on Dio's chest and summoned a Danmaku inside of him, expanding its size until his body started to crack and blow up into nothingness. She then sighed and pulled out a handkerchief, whipping the blood off her face.

Sakuya: Honestly, I do wish that fight could have been a little less messy.

Remilia: Sakuya!

She turned around to see her master approaching her with a parasol to block out the sun.

Sakuya: Yes?

Remilia: What's going on here? I'm trying to sleep and you're making so much noise.

Sakuya: I was simply taking care of a rat problem.

Remilia: A rat? I see. There's not going to be any more rodents are there?

Sakuya: I do hope that will be the last.

???: Hmph... how noisy.

Sakuya: Hm?

Kokonoe: Wait, what the hell was that ending?

Ann: Shhh... that's for our Halloween Death Battle. Now then, before we say anything, let me be the first to say that while Dio Over Heaven was incredibly powerful, he was still completely outclassed.

Junko: No kidding. These two both held an infinite amount of power they can wield, but that's about it. When it comes down to speed and strength, Sakuya was infinite in that category. We could say Dio also has infinite strength, but the speed difference is way more questionable. I mean, normal stands could still keep up with him showing that he still retains the same speed as before he gained his powers.

Kokonoe: But let's take a step back and say that neither of them had infinite strength or speed... there would still be that major gap. Sure, Dio can deliver a force of over 441,157 Tons of TNT... but Sakuya's strength greatly surpasses that when scaling to Utsoho, whose own strength goes up to 258,126,195,000 tons of TNT. 200 billion times greater than Dio.

Junko: And that's not all. the speed difference is up there too! With Sakuya being a billion times faster than he is even without considering her infinite speed!

Ann: Now Dio could potentially kill her by erasing her from existence, but not only does she have plenty of counters to reality warping attacks, but she's also already faced numerous opponents that can do all that and more. Plus he needed to hit her to get the job done and that big a speed gap made it unlikely

Junko: She's also faced plenty of spirits and being that would be invisible to the naked eye, so seeing and taking on his stand was no problem. Sure she potentially couldn't harm it, but so long as she takes down the one pointing the gun it would be fine. In the end, Dio... ran out of time.
