Mukuro: Ryuko Matoi is the 17-year-old daughter of Isshin Matoi, whose name is Soichiro Kiryuin who faked his death to develop a countermeasure to stop the madness orchestrated by his wife Ragyo and her Revocs clothing company by sacrificing the Earth to alien parasites called Life-Fibers. But Isshin is murdered by Ragyo's aide Nui Harime and Ryuko, finding one half of a giant pair of scissors and a sentient school uniform, embarks on a quest for answers and revenge that leads her to Honnouji Academy.

Junko: There she meets a strange family that takes her in, a rival that turns out to be her sister, and most importantly, Senketsu!

Mukuro: A living Kamui made from life fibers and Ryuko's DNA. When worn, Ryuko thinks of strategies on the fly as Senketsu feeds off her blood in order to let her transform.

Junko: In her fully synchronized Zenketsu form, she gets an increase in her speed and strength! Even without him, she's strong enough to slice apart two far-away buildings with air pressure alone!

Mukuro: She's fast enough to slice dozens of tennis balls into mere strings, can crat after images of herself, and can even blitz Nui.

Junko: With Senketsu, her skin is as hard as steel! She survived an attack that caused a tower to collapse, tanked hits from Mako who's strong enough to form massive craters, survived an explosion that destroyed a dome, and took hits from the likes of Satsuki and Raygo!

Mukuro: Senketsu can also take many forms, like his Senjin form.

Mukuro: Here he grows spikes all over that move like a chainsaw.

Junko: This form also gives Ryuko a nice pair of Wolverine claws!

Mukuro: Then there's his Shippu form.

Mukuro: Which turns her skirt into a giant rocket, letting her fly.

Junko: There's also the Senjin Shippu form which is a combination of them both. But she'll have to be careful not to lose her temper, otherwise, she'll go berserk, which will make her stronger at the cost of Senketsu draining her blood faster.

Mukuro: But if Senketsu absorbs enough life fibers, Ryuko can go into her Kisaragi form.

Junko: It's pretty much Ryuko going Super Sayian, except she can't fire Kamehameha's or energy blasts. She still looks badass though! Her speed, strength, and durability are increased as it also lets her breathe in space and fly without turning her skirt into a jet!

Mukuro: But it wouldn't be right to not include her scissor blades.

Mukuro: A pair of... well... scissor blades that can cut through almost anything. Ryuko originally only had one of them, but now she can duel-wield both.

Junko: They're made of hardened Life Fibers and she can change their size and shape at will! They even have a form of their own called Alumni Mode!

Junko: The left scissor blade is known as Farewell Address Mode, the right scissor blade is named the Student Response Mode! Together they make up the final form of these scissor blades as they were able to destroy the Honnōji Academy Final Defense Apparatus!

Mukuro: She also has abilities of her own thanks to being a Life Fiber Fusion.

Junko: Yeah, turns out Ryuko's mom is actually Raygo, which makes her the sister of Satsuki and technically Nui too. But at least it gives her a cool new healing factor!

Mukuro: Ryuko is capable of healing from grievous wounds with her life fibers stitching up any wounds done to her body. She's had her heart ripped out only to heal in a matter of seconds, and has healed from getting torn in half thanks to a single thread connecting Ryuko's body.

Junko: Her healing factor should be comparable to Raygo's, who survived being decapitated.

Mukuro: She also has an ability known as Senketsu Mubyoshi.

Mukuro: Ryuko learned to mentally put her mind at ease under great pressure. This allowed her to be turned into a human tuning fork and redirect noise blast from Nonon Jakuzure.

Junko: And finally she has her finishing move! SEN-I-SOSH-ITSU!

Junko: Ryuko's finishing attack where she slices her opponent's clothes into multiple pieces! Hehehe... yeah, clothes are apparently a big plot point in this anime. 

Mukuro: But she isn't an unstoppable force. 

Mukuro: On her own isn't much of a strategist. She's hot-headed and brash, usually rushing into battle without a plan. Her anger usually gets the better of her, to the point that her fight with Nui had her go berserk.

Junko: And even with her healing, Senketsu's use has a limit due to constantly feeding off Ryuko's blood. She can also die if her heart is crushed.

Mukuro: But when it's all said and done, her arrogance is what lets her get the job done when it matters most.

Junko: Even when it means wearing little to no clothes!

Ryuko: To hell with your opinion. I'll take my own path no matter what anyone else says!
