Junko: Ah yes, the title of Robin. What better way for Batman to fight crime than to force a kid to fight crime along with him? 

Ann: That's-

Junko: Though I gotta say, it kinda worked out. It made heroes out of every Robin... except one.

Kokonoe: Right. Jason Todd was the son of Willis Todd, a criminal that worked under Two-Face and was later murdered by him, and Catherine Todd, a drug addict that died from an overdose. Afterward, Jason lived as an orphan in Crime Alley, where he turned to crime just so he could survive.

Junko: I mean, the place is literally called Crime Alley! it's like the place was just begging for criminals to turn up! But one day, Todd finds the Batmobile in the middle of nowhere and for some reason thought it was a good idea to try and steal his tires. Surprise surprise, he was caught by Batman himself.

Kokonoe: But Bruce wouldn't punish him. He would instead take him in and to Ma Gunn's school for boys, hoping that he would be reformed.

Junko: But surprise surprise again, Ma Gunn was actually evil! Batman and Jason ended up stopping her crimes on boys, and Bruce ended up giving Jason six months of training and making him the new Robin... well the second one after Dick Grayson stopped. I wonder how long this one would last.

Kokonoe: He would actually go on many cases and even served under the New Teen Titans for a while... but there was only one problem.

Junko: Yep, thought so.

Kokonoe: Jason was becoming increasingly aggressive and violent, forcing Batman to remove him from duty. Later, Jason learned that Catherine Todd wasn't his birth mother, and using his detective skills, he learned who his real mother was and went out to find her. With the help of Batman, he found his real mother, Dr. Sheila Haywood. When Sheila was kidnapped by the Joker, Jason went to save her, against Batman's orders, but she led Jason into a trap to prevent him from uncovering her own criminal activity. The Joker proceeded to kill Jason by brutally beating him with a crowbar and then blowing him up.

Junko: Yeah, kinda something that would happen after you let a twelve-year-old play dress-up. Though the fans are kinda at fault too. I mean, no matter how you looked at it, Jason Todd wasn't Dick Grayson. So just like Boruto and Korra, the fans wanted this Robin out of the picture. So when they voted for him to be killed off... I don't think anyone was expecting it to be such a brutal one. But they got what they wished for and Jason Todd was gone permanently.

Kokonoe: ... Or at least until Superboy-Prime punched a hole in reality and accidentally brought him back to life.

Junko: Oh come on...

Kokonoe: After many years of wandering, he would be found and put in the Lazarus Pit by Talia Al Ghul. But after learning that Batman had refused to kill the man that killed him, Jason would seek training from the League of Assassins and started doing what Batman couldn't. He would become a vigilante that kills the rotten criminals of Gotham... he would become... the Red Hood.

Kokonoe: Being trained by assassins, Jason is a master of many martial arts including  Aikido, Capoeira, Karate, Ninjutsu, Savate, Krav Maga, Kickboxing, and Tae Kwon Do as his fighting style mostly focuses on brutality, speed, and strength. Though he's not afraid to use anything in his environment as a weapon.

Junko: This motorcycle-riding badass has gone up against the likes of Batman, Deathstroke, Green Arrow, and almost every other person that had taken the name Robin! He could keep up with Amazon's like Artemis, who can toss around steel train doors like they were nothing! He's even beaten a Godly enhanced  Ra's Al Ghul in a sword fight!

Kokonoe: He once held the roof of a crumbling building and even lifted the 350-pound Bane.

Ann: Bane's heavy, but not as heavy as Suzie Sue, who weighs up to 600 pounds and was easily flipped by Jason! He can punch through an underwater submarine hull, hold back Frankenstein, pull up a large rocket, and chop off the head of a dinosaur! 

Kokonoe: He's fast enough to dodge point-blank gunfire, missiles, and lasers. He can blitz through groups of people without him noticing and has even been acknowledged by Supergirl for his impressive speed.

Ann: He easily took out Joker's daughter while she had a gun to his head. He's even taken on an entire town of people for a short period of time.

Junko: And the guy's incredibly durable too! He's been shot, stabbed, beaten to a bloody pulp, and still could keep fighting! He's taken huge explosions on several occasions, has been thrown off a 67-story building, and has even taken hits from superhumans like Bizzaro, who can destroy an entire mountain with a punch! Oh yeah, let's also add the fact that he's highly resistant to mind control and telepathy.

Kokonoe: Still, a part of this might be due to not just his insane level of durability, but also thanks to his suit.

Kokonoe: Not only is his armor bulletproof but it is fireproof as well. The bat symbol on his chest allows him to unleash an electric current strong enough to knock out Amazons and nearly knock out Batman.

Junko: It's also perfect for camouflage.

Junko: Letting him take the appearance of others or even turn himself invisible. Allowing himself to sneak around undetected even from beings like Supergirl and Bizzaro!

Kokonoe: He not only has a small laser on his right wrist but also has Japanese Military Grade Cyber-Armor Arm Blades.

Kokonoe: He can use these for attacking or defending. He can also switch them into electric gliding wings for well... gliding.

Junko: What's more impressive is his helmet.

Junko: The thing is super durable and covers his entire head. It's bulletproof, allows him to breathe underwater, has a breathalyzer as well as a built-in radio, and apparently can be rigged to explode.

Ann: But that's not all he uses.

Kokonoe: Right. In order to deal with the more superpowered villains, Red Hood injects the same venom as Bane into his bloodstream.

Kokonoe: This increases his strength even further than Bane himself. He's not only capable of getting out of Supergirl's grip twice, but even breaking out of chains made by the League of Assassins or taking out a bunch of guys who are also on Venom is no problem for him. He's broken out of the grip of a large alien and knocked him out and even took hits from Mondays... which are basically zombie robots. He managed to rip one apart with a sharp wooden stick...

Ann: Well, I wasn't referring to that. I was more talking about his main weapon. While he does use Batarangs with EMPs and he does have grappling hooks, grenades, flash bombs, smoke bombs, and bolas... he much prefers his guns!

Junko: I feel like this chapter was only chosen so you could geek out over guns.

Ann: Of course not! I'm taking this very seriously! Anyway, Red Hood has what he claims to be the strongest handguns made by man, and that's no exaggeration! His bullets can damage large monsters and pierce through Deathstroke's armor!

Kokonoe: Impressive considering Deathstroke's armor is durable enough to take attacks from Superboy and Wally West. Not even mentioning the fact that his suit is bulletproof, as even high-caliber bullets don't faze it.

Ann: What's more impressive is that they can even blow King Sharks' head off! And that guy's also bulletproof while being durable enough to take hits from Superboy and Aquaman! Red Hood will also use special kryptonite bullets for... well... Kryptonians. Oh, but he can also put his two guns together to make a sniper rifle.

Junko: But if Red Hood ever wants to fight up close, he has a Crowbar, which he mostly uses as a blunt weapon to knock people off their feet. In addition to the crowbar, he has his blades!

Kokonoe: Right. While Red Hood has several different blades including duel-wielding knives and his trusty katana, his most powerful set of swords, and his strongest weapon in general, are his All Blades.

Ann: The All Blades are incredibly powerful magic swords connected to and powered by his soul as he can materialize whenever he wants. They're indestructible and have the potential to cut up the strongest of opponents. They were given to all of the All Caste warriors to battle the Untitled and other forces of evil.

Junko: These blades can cut through steel with ease and can even match up with the Blades f Hephestus! You know, the same blades Wonder Woman uses to cut through literally anything! Including Kryptonians, Darkseid, or even things as small as atoms!

Kokonoe: The All Blades can withstand the swords forged by the Godlike Ra's and were used to kill a member of the Untitled. But even with these blades, Jason isn't unbeatable.

Junko: Yeah, Jason's armor can only take so much damage before it begins to fall apart. And Jason himself is only human... an incredibly durable human but still a human. He also has a bit of a temper that he tries to keep in check, and the Bane venom in his bloodstream doesn't exactly help in that regard.

Ann: Also his All Blades can be damaged by powerful opponents and will disappear depending on how much damage Jason has taken.

Junko: And he can take a lot of damage. With so many criminals in Gotham's streets, you may fear Batman despite his mercy, but fear Red Hood more for showing none at all!

Red Hood: I'm the guy who can do the things that Batman can't....Become someone that Batman won't. Am I the man Bruce wanted me to become? Not even close. But someday soon he'll realize.....I'm exactly who he needs.
