Kokonoe: Born in Japan as Haruno Shiobana, Giorno Giovanna moved to Italy after his mother remarried to his step-father.

Junko: Oh yeah, his real dad abandoned him before taking on a bunch of people and dying as one of the most powerful and evil vampires around! That's right, he's the son of Dio himself! And you know he's had a rough life!

Kokonoe: Still, Giorno had a dream... and that dream was to become a Gang-star!

Ann: And Giorno had just the right tools for the job! You see, while Giorno didn't inherit his dad's vampire abilities, he did manage to inherit a stand! Golden Experience!

Kokonoe: A Stand is an entity psychically generated by its owner, and can only be seen by other stand users or those who can see spirits. 

Junko: Of course, it only makes sense that a Stand is much stronger than your average human being. In fact, the closer his stand is to him, the stronger it becomes. And Giorno's stand is really strong!

Junko: He punched Bruno Buccellati's tooth out, broke free from Koichi Hirose's Three Freeze, and punched with enough force to break White Album's ice, which is at absolute zero!

Ann: He pummeled Cioccolata to death for a total of seven pages and can match King Crimson in strength!

Kokonoe: Golden Experience can create plants that are strong enough to hold Helicopters and should be as strong as Stone Free...

Neptune: Who's strong enough to destroy meteors that were pulled to Earth in seconds!

Junko: Oh, your still here...

Neptune: Quiet! This stand is also incredibly fast!

Neptune: He switched a gun for a banana faster than eyesight, reacted to a surprise attack from Cioccolata, turned a bullet into a tree in midair, transformed ten cars in an instant, and was able to keep up with King Crimson, who is fast enough to defeat Polnareff's Silver Chariot! And Silver Chariot can move 1,500x faster than light!

Kokonoe: Well, sorta. The evidence for it is really shaky and the number should be less than that, but it doesn't change the fact that Golden Experience is really fast. 

Junko: He's not just fast, he's incredibly durable!

Junko: He survived getting stabbed through the spine, getting infected by Purple Haze's virus, getting a piece of his throat cut off, getting relentlessly attacked by three Stands simultaneously, getting both of his hands cut off, and even absolute zero temperature! Oh, he's also survived hits from Diavolo's King Crimson. 

Kokonoe: Anyway, Golden Experience has the ability to create life.

Kokonoe: This lets him turn inanimate objects into living beings. He can create plants out of cracks in the street or turn anything into an animal. The animals that Giorno creates have a will of their own, but they tend to follow Giorno's orders. Due to Giorno's encyclopedic knowledge of flora and fauna, he can craft extremely complex strategies with this ability.

Junko: He can also speed up the life of plants or continuously give life to something until it decays!

Ann: That part though is limited to plants as well.

Neptune: That's not all! If the life he creates ever take damage-

Neptune: It will be reflected right back at the attacker! Kinda like one of those RGP's!

Ann: You mean RPG?

Neptune: That too!

Junko: Giorno can also use Life Shot!

Kokonoe: Basically, when Gold Experience applies its ability to give life to a living being, it acts like a drug. It causes the victim's brain to perceive things at an incredibly fast rate. However, the victim's body does not accelerate, so it is unable to keep up with its own thoughts. Additionally, it also increases the pain that the victim may suffer after being attacked.

Neptune: His Stand is also capable of granting him a neat little healing factor!

Neptune: Gold Experience can transform inanimate objects into body parts that Giorno can use to heal himself!

Junko: With this, he can repair tissue and blood vessels as well as recreate lost or damaged organs, and heal deadly wounds with ease!

Kokonoe: He doesn't have many weapons, but he does have the ladybug brooches which he can use to create new life or organs.

Ann: But more importantly he has the Stand Arrow!

Ann: As the name implies, this arrow can grant anyone a stand whenever it pierces them!

Neptune: The person needs some strong willpower though or they'd die.

Kokonoe: Still, Giorno can use this arrow to upgrade his Gold Experience to Gold Experience Requiem.

Neptune: Oh please, this stand is only one of the coolest and most overpowered stands out there! It has a huge stat boost and all its previous abilities have been enhanced! He becomes so powerful, neither he nor his own stand know who's really in charge!

Kokonoe: It also gains the unique ability called Return to Zero.

Ann: This is GER's main ability! It locks time into a single timeframe and reverses it to a single point! Any actions taken against Giorno will be reset to before the action was taken! 

Junko: Essentially, this prevents any form of normal attack to work on Giorno! Hell, it even bypassed Diavolo's power! And that guy can literally erase time itself and see into the future! What did Giorno do to him you may ask? Only put him in an infinite Death Loop!

Kokonoe: Right... If successfully killed by Gold Experience Requiem, the stand can subject a foe to an Infinite Death Loop. Using Return to Zero, the person returns to the point in life right before death, before getting killed again in an endless loop and every single death is different from the last.

Junko: Still, despite his Godlike powers, Giorno does have some flaws to his name.

Neptune: Yeah, any damage his stand takes can be brought onto him and vise versa. Though he doesn't need to worry too much since the only thing that can destroy a stand is another stand.

Ann: Still, Golden Experience does need his hands if he wants to turn things into animals. In other words, if Giorno loses both his hands, he will be unable to use Gold Experience's abilities.

Kokonoe: Furthermore Gold Experience's ability to create new life only lasts for some time, and once time runs out, the transformed objects will return to their original forms.

Junko: Despite this he managed to get his job done, defeating the final boss and becoming... a Gangstar!
