Kokonoe: Sonic and his friends have been through a lot of adventures together, always saving the day from one threat after another. But no threat has ever been as consistent or proven as dangerous as Dr.Ivo Robotnick... aka... Dr.Eggman.

Junko: Oh please. He's just another mad scientist in glasses. Plus he's got the worst villain name imaginable. Like, who would wanna be called Eggman? What's so evil about eggs?

Kokonoe: Don't let his wacky nature fool you. Despite his looks, Eggman is surprisingly strong.

Kokonoe: He's classified as a Power Type as he can punch away walls, cars, and even trains. He destroyed a wall of ice and made machines capable of going toe-to-toe with the likes of Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Super Sonic.

Ann: He's also super durable.

Ann: He's survived countless explosions. Even from the Death Egg and Egg Carrier. 

Kokonoe: He's survived a long fall from Lost Hex unscathed and even endured the Hyper-Go-On Black Hole, which was large enough to engulf his entire amusement park.

Ann: He's been launched into space, had his energy drained, and even survived the impact of Amy's hammer, which was enough to flip his ship.

Junko: Last but not least, he's surprisingly fast.

Kokonoe: This isn't too much of a surprise. He regularly combats Sonic and his friends, most of whom reach faster than light speeds.

Ann: He even outran Sonic on foot on two separate occasions. Sonic can reach up to 3 times the speed of light. But that's not all. Using most of his machines, Eggman can fight against and keep up with Super Sonic, a transformation 3,000x faster than Sonic's base. 

Kokonoe: Eggman is fast enough to fly to the moon in seconds. But what makes him so dangerous isn't his physical strength and speed... it's his intelligence.

Junko: Yeah, he's got plenty of tools. His glasses let him locate the Chaos Emeralds and he has a jetpack that lets him fly. He's even got a Dimensional Transporter which... well... teleports you to another dimension...

Kokonoe: He's also got the Egg Mobile.

Kokonoe: Eggman's personal one-man, multi-purpose hovercraft equipped with lasers, missiles, mechanical hands, a wrecking ball, bombs, and an artificial laser that can control the minds of others. The Egg Mobile can outrun Super Sonic and can be used to pilot some of his other machines... like the Eggwalker.

Junko: Basically, Eggman gives the Egg Mobile legs.

Kokonoe: It comes equipped with lasers powerful enough to destroy a plane, laser cannons that can lock on multiple targets, a large Volkan cannon that can break iron containers, a boxing glove, and a rocket launcher.

Ann: It also has a small window that somehow increases its defenses

Junko: But my favorite is Big Arms!

Junko: It pretty much speaks for itself. A robot with massive arms strong enough to crush his opponents! He also has spikes on the top to stab his opponents!

Kokonoe: Big Arms is pretty strong... but not as strong as Eggman's entire Egg Fleet.

Kokonoe: This fleet contains hundreds, if not thousands of battleships, each of which holds its own powerful laser cannon. 

Junko: It can also help a certain robot transform... but we'll get to that soon.

Ann: But his greatest fortress is definitely the Death Egg.

Ann: This giant fortress, which is definitely just a fatter Death Star, is possibly one of Eggman's biggest inventions! In terms of armament, the Death Egg has numerous weapons systems installed, both for outward and inward defenses! Described as heavily fortified, its hull is covered in laser turrets and its insides are filled with weaponry and traps, such as electrical currents, rocket launchers, and laser cannons! Its eyes can also fire lasers hot enough to activate dormant volcanoes! The Death Egg's most powerful weapon, however, is the Final Egg Blaster, a weapon capable of destroying entire clusters of stars!

Kokonoe: Both the Death Egg and Egg Fleet are also home to Eggman's entire army of Badniks.

Kokonoe: This is Eggman's own personal army all being powered by animals.

Junko: These little guys include Moto Bugs, Buzz Bombers, Crabmeats, Balkiry, Nebulas, Snail Blasters, Bladed Spinners, Orbinauts, and so much more. He also has Egg Pawns, Egg Launchers, Egg Fighters.

Kokonoe: But his most useful are his Egg Robos. Soldiers that take Eggman's appearance and carry out tasks in his stead.

Junko: This includes piloting big machines like the Death Egg Robot.

Kokonoe: A giant mech created in Eggman's image. It can launch its arm at the target and stab them with the spikes that replace its hands.

Ann: There are three other versions of this. One of which is powered by the Master Emerald!

Junko: THe Master Emerald is basically rock god... but Eggman prefers to use the Chaos Emeralds!

Junko: Seven mystical emeralds that hold a huge amount of power! What makes things more interesting is that Eggman can actually use Chaos Control! 

Kokonoe: But he can't teleport around and stuff like Shadow or Sonic. So instead he uses them for things like... I dunno... breaking the Earth into pieces.

Junko: Or to power up the clones he made of Sonic. Let's see, there's Mecha Sonic, Silver Sonic, and even an army of Shadow Androids.

Kokonoe: But his most powerful creation has to be Metal Sonic.

Kokonoe: Metal Sonic was made to be better than Sonic in every way. He's stronger, faster, and more powerful. He can make energy shields and even copy the abilities of others.

Ann: He's already copied the abilities of Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Espio, and Silver. And with the seven Chaos Emeralds, Metal Sonic can become Neo Metal Sonic.

Kokonoe: But even more than that, he can turn into Metal Overlord, a giant machine capable of combating all the Sonic Heroes. He can fire missiles and lasers and even utilize Chaos Control to stop time.

Junko: But this isn't about Metal. It's about Eggman. So let's go over some of Eggman's other big boss robots! Loke the Egg Dragoon!

Junko: Eggman's own mechanical dragon! It possesses weapons that harness fire, lightning, and ice elements!

Ann: It can also fire a drill as a homing missile.

Junko: Also, there's the True Area 53!

Junko: Equipped with missiles, lasers, and a freeze ray capable of turning Super Sonic to ice! If that's not enough, it can turn invisible!

Kokonoe: Still, his greatest weapon has to be the Phantom Ruby.

Kokonoe: This magenta icosahedron ruby is powerful enough to restrain the Chaos Emeralds and depower Super Sonic. It even affected the Master Emerald's ability to keep Angel Island afloat.

Ann: It can warp others across space, influence gravity, and open holes in space-time! But its greatest ability is to create illusions capable of affecting the real world.

Junko: He made an artificial copy strong enough to create a clone army of Chaos 0, Zavock, Metal Sonic, Infinite, and Shadow the Hedgehog. Infinite himself used this same artificial ruby to drop an entire sun capable of whipping out Sonic and friends despite being a much weaker version.

Ann: And not only that, one of Eggman's robots got ahold of it and became the Phantom King, capable of going toe to toe with both Eggman and Super Sonic.

Kokonoe: Eggman's own machine powered by the Phantom Ruby is an upgraded version of the Death Egg Robot.

Kokonoe: This version has surpassed Infinite in every way possible. With it Eggman can unlock the full power of the Phantom Ruby.

Ann: Yeah, Eggman is not one to be underestimated... but despite all this, even a genius has their flaws.

Ann: While he has caught up with them, he constantly loses to Sonic and his friends. Not just that, but some of his machines, such as Metal Sonic and Phantom King, can potentially betray him.

Kokonoe: Also, his 300 IQ is sometimes overshadowed by his hammy, clumsy, egotistical and insane personality... which can be seen as both an advantage and disadvantage.

Junko: Still, to take Kokonoe's words, brains can only get you so far. 

Kokonoe: Please. Eggman has gotten so far over the years, even succeeding at ruling 99% of the world. Being the cause of almost all the bad things in Snic's adventure's, Eggman truly is the worlds greatest mad scientist.

Eggman: Citizens of Earth, lend me your ears and listen to me very carefully! My name is Dr. Eggman- the world's greatest scientist, and soon to be the world's greatest ruler. Now witness the beginning of the greatest empire of all time!
