Neptune: Alright, back to how to make an overpowered King of Doom!

Ann: Victor's technological talent is some of the most impressive in fiction, but even that can't compare to his ultimate trump card... the befuddling powers of magic. 

Ann: Doom is one of the most proficient and dangerous users of the mystic arts in the Marvel universe. In fact, he knows spells that even Doctor Strange isn't aware of, and that's because he's dabbled in the dark arts for centuries! Doom's magic is so potent that the Scarlet Witch stated that his magic is more powerful than both her magic and Doctor Strange's. And this is coming from someone capable of rewriting the entire Marvel multiverse! Gods like Loki don't even compare!

Junko: It does help that he has a ton of badass spells.

Junko: For example, with the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak he can summon bands of energy that are practically unbreakable without godlike strength. Using the Flames of the Faltine he can unleash fire powerful enough to burn and potentially kill even the Celestials. With the Seven Suns of Cinnibus, he can call upon a blinding blue light that temporarily incapacitates any foe. The Images of Ikkan let him make illusions of himself. And finally using the Bolts of Balthakk he can dish out powerful electrical attacks.

Ann: He can already unleash some powerful energy blasts.

Junko: Oh yeah, Doom can use these blasts to destroy just about anyone in his way! They're strong enough to knock back or even knock out the Hulk! He's used them to destroy tanks, Sentinels, and even kill the Molecule man!

Ann: He also has magic shields in combination with the one on his suit. It's strong enough to block Morgan Le Fay's attacks. Morgan is one of the strongest magical users in the Marvel Universe, being capable of erasing Sentry across all of time.

Junko: Of course, Doom can teleport and has a healing factor.

Ann: Healing magic potent enough to restore body parts, like the time Skaar cut off his arm. He can also use magical healing to heal other people

Neptune: In addition, he can use his magic to control the Elements!

Neptune: He can shoot out bursts of flame, call forth blizzards in an instant, summon vortexes, and of course dish out blasts of lightning!

Kokonoe: He can do much more than just that though.

Kokonoe: He can use his magic to absorb the energy of other people as well as absorb energy from energy-based attacks via his armor circuitry. He has even absorbed the Power Cosmic from a Power Cosmic-amped Hulk robot. A single lightning strike from Thor allowed him to absorb enough of the Odinforce from Mjolnir to power his own Destroyer armor.

Neptune: And he's even absorbed Excalibur once to make his suit invincible!

Ann: He can also convert matter into energy, even doing so to abstract beings like Nightmare. After that, he could just absorb Nightmare himself. 

Junko: He can nullify the powers of others and even summon armies!

Kokonoe: Right. Basically, Doom can summon hordes of monsters to him at will. For example... an army of Mindless Ones that can fire lasers out of their eyes.

Junko: Also, not only can Doom travel through time with magic but Dimensions as well. He can even enter the higher plane of reality known as Gutterspace which views events of the multiverse as mere comic panels. 

Ann: He can exorcise spirits out of other people, including himself, and even has an ability called Ovoid Mind Transfer!

Kokonoe: Taught to him by the alien race known as the Ovoids, this allows Doom to switch his mind with another nearby person's by making eye contact. Reed Richards himself has described it as. "moving your mind into another body because yours is broken". Doom is so advanced with this technique, he can even perform it as a spirit.

Neptune: He can use his magic to banish demons away, cripple guys as powerful as Sentry, and can even use telepathy!

Junko: He used this telepathy to trap Rachel Summers, an already Omega Level telepath in an infinite, mental encephalo-hologram WHILE she was amped with the Phoenix Force!

Neptune: And I forgot to mention this earlier, but I better get back to Doom's suit because I forgot a few things that I don't feel like editing into part one.

Neptune: I forgot to mention this thing is completely waterproof, has a field to remove an opponent's force field, can create wind vortexes with his arm, carries poison darts that can be shot from his gloves, and even has Magnetic Polarity that can redirect Magneto's power against him! The same Magneto who can turn the Earth on its axis and use his powers to split atoms!

Junko: Seriously, with Doom being this strong, how in the world does he lose to a rubber man, an invisible hot chick, a guy who could use Yang's theme song, and a thing?

Kokonoe: Well, for all of Doom's might, he is not completely invincible.

Kokonoe: His most obvious flaw is his boundless ego. He may have reason to think highly of himself, but his unmatched arrogance has landed him in failure when it mattered most. And we don't just mean that he underestimates his opponents either. His ego itself has led to him overlooking major issues with his own plans or important parts of a battlefield. If Reed Richards is involved, expect Doom to focus the ENTIRETY of his power on trying to kill or get revenge on Reed as painfully as possible, often putting himself into a trap. He, himself, is well aware of this flaw.

Junko: He also has some minor things that you wouldn't expect to be a problem to him but somehow are. These include... Hulk Hugs, cupcakes, squirrels, entering normality, sandwich crust, and um... ... ... crazy black men... well that didn't age well.

Kokonoe: But even with that, nothing will get in the way of his goals. If he sets his sights on something, he will get it no matter the cost. And if you get in his way, be prepared to face his doom.

Doom: I am Doom... Destroyer of worlds... What gods dare stand against me?
