Junko: We've had a lot of bizarre matchups, but this is the most bizarre matchup we've done so far!

Kokonoe: Death the Kid, a protegee in Soul Eater.

Ann: And Stocking Anarchy, the angel with a sweet tooth in Panty & Stocking.

Kokonoe: The stage is set and the combatants are ready.

Junko: It's time for a Death Battle!

Death the Kid was riding Beezlbub, flying it over a busy city. 

Kid: So, why are we here again?

Liz and Patty were in their gun forms as he was holding them in his hands.

Patty: "Oh nothing. We're just looking for a reckless driver."

Kid: But what does that have to do with us?

Liz: "Turns out, that driver may or may not be a demon."

Kid: I see...

Kid looked down at all the cars driving under him. He sees Stocking driving See Through alone drinking a smoothy. Once he notices, he was quick to fly toward her.

Kid: Hey you!

Stocking: Hm?

She lifted her sunglasses and looked up at him.

Stocking: What the hell do you want?

He pointed at her stuffed plushie.

Kid: That toy has its left side darker than its right side! Fix it now!

Liz: "That's your concern?!"

Patty: "Hahaha!"

Stocking: Who cares? Honekoneko is cute. Now get the fuck out of my way!

She grabbed the plushie and pointed it at him as it breathed a huge burst of fire. He quickly dodged it.

Kid: That's it!

He started firing his guns, but Stocking used See Through to drive right through the projectiles. Kid did a Tornado Flip that sent Beezlbub flying at Stocking. It hit her in the head and she was knocked out of her car as it spun passed them. Meanwhile, Kid landed safely on his feet as Stocking landed on her butt. She looked at him rubbing her head.

Stocking: Ow! Alright dumbass... I'll make you pay!

Just then, she took off her stockings and turned them into katanas.

Patty: "Oooh!"

Liz: "Did her socks turn into swords?"

Kid: (So she's a weapon meister... but her partners are her socks?)

Stocking quickly dashed at him but Kid already started shooting. She was deflecting his projectiles before swinging her sword. He dodged her strike and jumped back.

Kid: Stance of Crime!

She dashed back at him and swung her swords. He started dodging her attacks while firing heavy shots at her, but she was dodging them while going for quick blows.

Liz: "She's too fast! We need to come up with a battle plan!"

Kid: Right!

He ducked undo her next attack and she quickly went for a kick. He quickly blocked it and was knocked back.

Stocking: Quit talking to yourself!

She swung her blades and launched a huge shockwave at him.

Kid: Death Arm Blocking!

Two barriers appeared on his arms as he used them to block her attack, only getting pushed back a bit.

Kid: Stance of Punishment!

She continued to try and strike him but he was dodging all of her attacks. She went for a downward slash that cut the ground as she was getting aggravated. 

Stocking: GRRRR!!!

She started swinging both her swords more aggressively but Kid continued to dodge.

Stocking: WHY! CAN'T! I! HIT! YOU!

She swung both her blades and Kid blocked them. This time, Stocking pushed harder and sent Kid flying through multiple buildings with the last one collapsing on top of him. 

Liz: "Kid?! Are you okay?!"

Kid emerged from the rubble of the building.

Kid: Yeah... I'm alright...

He looked around trying to look past all the debris as a halo snuck behind him.

Kid: Found you! Sanzu River Shot!

He quickly turned around and shot at her. She reappeared and blocked his shots with her swords.

Kid: Nice try, but I can sense your-

Stocking: I don't give two shits how you saw me. I just wanna get this over with and eat my sweets moron.

Kid: Geh! Fine then... let me end this quickly! With Soul Resonance!

A burst of power suddenly knocked Stocking back as one of Kid's Senzu Lines connected and Liz and Patty upgraded to the Death Eagle .42. 

Kid: Sanzu Fall Shot!

Kid unleashed a barrage of bullets at her. Stocking quickly put her swords together and went for a spinning attack that deflected the bullets and caused a burst of wind around her. Kid was sent flying high into the sky.

Kid: Geh! Shinigami Jets!

He used soul jets to fly right back at Stocking. He went for several shots that Stocking quickly dodged as he landed back on his feet. The second Senzu Line was connected as Liz and Patty were in Execution Mode and had turned into two large cannons on his arms. Stocking dashed at him and swung one of her blades but her blocked it with one cannon and knocked her back with the other. 

Kid: Death god Taijutsu! Stance of Mad Crime!

Stocking dashed at him and swung her blade twice. Kid dodged both strikes and smashed her to the ground. He then lifted his foot and stomped on her head so hard it made a massive crater. Kid then stepped back, but Stocking wasn't done as she swung both her swords at him. He got back to avoid her attack as she jumped into the air.

Kid: Death Cannon!

Ki fired a giant blast of energy that sent Stocking flying to the moon. She crash-landed straight into the moon's nose.

Moon: Achoo!

The moon then sneezed her right back at Kid. She used her momentum for another strike but Kid blocked it and a shockwave burst around them. Kid connected all three lines before pushing Stocking back hard. She slid to her feet and looked up at him as he had become a Death God. He aimed a cannon at her but she quickly appeared behind him, cutting his arm off. A Death Claw sprouted out and reattached Kid's severed arm as a bunch more went after Stocking. Kid then began to charge up energy as Stocking was cutting the Death Claws one by one.

Stocking: Damn... backing me into a corner huh?

Stocking raised her hand as a giant halo appeared above her.

Stocking: O pitiful shadow lost in the darkness... O evil spirit born of those drifting between heaven and earth... May the thunderous power from the garments of these holy, delicate maidens strike down upon you with great vengeance and furious anger, shattering your loathsome impurities and returning you from whence you came!

Kid: IT'S OVER!!!

Stocking grew wings and turned into her Angel Mode, upgrading her katanas into a long, two-handed blade.

Kid: PARENT'S SEVEN LIGHTS!!!

A bunch of coffins gathered around Kid as he fired off seven large beams of lights. Stocking flew at him, dodging all the blasts and swinging her sword.

Stocking: REPENT, MOTHERFUCKER!!!

She appeared behind him and he was already slashed into 666 pieces.

Kid: God... Dam-

He then blew up along with Liz and Patty. Stocking sighed and stood p straight, looking around at the destruction around her.

Stocking: Dammit... my favorite ice cream store better be in one piece.

Junko: I said it was gonna be a weird battle... I was right.

Ann: Did the moon just sneeze her out?

Kokonoe: Kid had a lot of advantages going for him. He was just a bit faster, smarter, and had much more options to choose from.

Junko: Yeah, Kid was faster in his base form. But Stocking's Angel Form was several times faster than that. And even with all of Kid's intellect, Stocking has years of experience, especially against more powerful gunslingers like Panty and... well... Scanty.

Kokonoe: And while he does have a healing factor to let him keep going, Stocking's blades have cut through opponents that could heal quickly as well.

Junko: Stocking was even more durable! Having suffered far more punishment than what Kid could dish out! Also, Kid had no way of getting past Stocking's Angel Luck.

Kokonoe: In the end, Kid was strong and determined, but Stocking's years of experience won her this match. The winner is Stocking Anarchy.
