Kokonoe: Being the son of the Grim Reaper, Lord Death... Death the Kid was created from a fragment of his father's soul just like his brother Kishin Asura.

Junko: The brat was pretty much destined to follow in his daddy's footsteps even though the goofy old man didn't have feet!

Ann: Well... as a Grimm Reaper Kid is pretty strong.

Ann: He helped restrain Asura, decimated the Colossus Clown, lifted the Fisher King, and can make craters in the ground by stomping on it!

Junko: He's durable enough to get dragged through a wall and being burned with Asura's black fire! He's taken hits from a full-powered Asura and even Black★Star, who's physically stronger than him! 

Kokonoe: Kid has been considered the fastest of his team by Dr.Stien. And he may be right... he's fast enough to appear invisible, can blitz Black★Star and Crona who can move at light speeds, reacted to and dodged Free's Magic Eye Cannon, and even fought with Mosquito's form from 200 years ago when he was at his fastest.

Junko: If that's not enough, Kid is incredibly smart, has a healing factor, and is immune to toxins! As a Shinigami, he can sense the souls of others and can use his Soul Wavelength for various techniques like the Death Claws.

Junko: Black clawed arms of energy Kid can summon at any moment. He can use them to rip his opponents to shreds or reattach lost limbs.

Ann: He has other abilities too. With his Death Arm Blocking, he can form skull-shaped barriers over his arms to block attacks. And he can make skull-shaped jets to fly.

Junko: But he much prefers to use Beelzebub.

Junko: A magical flying skateboard that Kid can summon at any time. It's much faster than Kid is on his feet and he, himself, is very skilled in riding it. If he wanted he could do a Tornado flip and launch the thing at his opponent!

Ann: But his greatest weapons are my favirote girls in the entire show! The two twin sisters coming from the streets of New York... Liz and Patty Thompson!

Ann: Both these girls can turn into M9 Pistols! Normally this type of pistol can only hold 15 rounds, but since their bullets are fired from Kid's Soul Wavelength, they never need to worry about running out of ammo! Oh, and if they run out of ammo, they can always use each other since they're both decent sharpshooters!

Kokonoe: It also helps Kid use his very own fighting style, Deah God Taijutsu. This fighting style uses three special stances. The first one is the Stance of Crime, which relies on strong attacks over all else.

Ann: The second is the Stance of Punishment, which relies on defense and predicting opposing attacks. He uses Death Arm Blocking the most in this stance.

Junko: And the third is my favorite! His strongest stance... the Stance of Mad Crime! This stance relies on dodging attacks with his agility before countering in the most brutal way possible! Though he can only use it when one of the Sanzu Lines is connected, and he's under the influence of Madness... both of which we'll get into later.

Ann: But he can still use abilities like the Sanzu River Shot, where he fires a powerful stream of bullets! Or the Senzu Fall Shot! Where he points his guns upward before lowering them while firing a barrage of bullets! 

Kokonoe: But more importantly, he has access to the Soul Resonance.

Kokonoe: This combines the wavelengths of Kid's, Liz's, and Patty's souls, boosting the range of Kid's Soul Perception and ranting him access to several more abilities.

Ann: He can even upgrade Liv and Patty from M9 Pistols into the Death Eagle .42!

Ann: This set is far stronger than their original form and bigger too! But it gets even better when they enter Execution Mode!

Ann: In this mode, Liz and Patty turn into two large, powerful cannons! When put together, they can use the Death Cannon, an extremely powerful energy blast that blew off Mosquito's arm!

Kokonoe: But he also has the Lines of Senzu.

Junko: Yep! The random lines on his head aren't some kinda random fancy hair design! They're lines that can connect and tap Kid to his full Shinigami powers! Simple connecting one of them is strong enough to destroy the surrounding area!

Kokonoe: Connecting two of them with Liz and Patty in Execution Mode allows him to use the Parent's Seven Lights.

Ann: This move forms five cannon-shaped coffins while Kid charges up power before firing seven energy beams from the coffins, Liz, and Patty! These beams can cut through almost anything and can form into a skull-shaped energy wave that causes a massive explosion when it hits! It easily obliterated the Horror Dragon!

Junko: But once all three are connected... Kid goes into his True Death God Form...

Junko: Taking his daddy's place as the new God of Death, this form greatly increases Kid's power and Soul Wavelength! This power lets him fly with soul jets and grants him access to the Madness of Order! This Madness can make anyone around Kid into a mindless puppet for him to control!

Kokonoe: In this form, Kid's power rivals that of Lord Death's and Asura. By comparison, when Crona had Asura's powers they managed to cover the entire moon in Black Blood and ripped out one of its teeth.

Junko: Wait... why does the moon have teeth? Why does the moon have a face?! What the fuck is wrong with that moon?!

Ann: Despite all of this, Kid isn't all perfect.

Junko: Yeah, this guys' got a huge case of OCD. 

Kokonoe: It's the reason why he won't fight with just one gun. He'll try to correct anything asymmetrical that he sees and can't concentrate until he does so. He's also hesitant to fight symmetrical opponents in fear of disrupting their symmetry.

Ann: But when it's time to get serious, you can rely on Death the Kid to get the job done.

Kid: I'll show you a way of ruling that is bursting with beauty! If you survive, that is.
