Junko: Love it or hate it, an assassin's life is one of...well... life or death. And nobody knows it better than the guys who were born into it!

Ann: Akame, the one-slash demon of Akame ga Kill!

Junko: And Killua, the child assassin of Hunter X Hunter!

Kokonoe: The stage is set and the combatants are ready.

Junko: It's time for a Death Battle!

Akame was walking back into the forest where she found her last target. She took out a note and sighed before reading it.

Hey, so remember last season when I said I wasn't gonna bring you back to Death Battle? Well, I lied but don't worry! You don't have to target anyone! Instead, I sent someone out to kill you! And I infused them with lots of electricity! Good luck!

Akame let out a deep sigh.

Akame: I feel like she's only doing this to make it a yearly thing... 

She looked around at all the trees.

Akame: "Still.. she sent someone after me this time. Knowing her taste... it's probably someone who can give me some trouble..."

She kept her guard up when a boy riding a skateboard dashed at her. He jumped up and ran his skateboard into her, but she swung her sword and they clashed. She pushed him back and he landed on his feet with his hands in his pocket.

Killua: Heh, you're pretty good.

Akame: A kid? Hmph... I see...

Akame got in a fighting stance.

Killua started walking around her. It took Akame a bit to notice, but she couldn't hear his footsteps as afterimages appeared behind him. She looked around as she couldn't tell which was the real one. Killua then dashed at her from behind, but Akame saw it coming and swung her sword. Killua quickly jumped away as his nails turned to claws. he struck at her and she jumped back as he made a small crater underneath them. 

Killua: "This chick's pretty good!"

He dashed at her and swung his claws but she dodged his attack. He started bouncing from tree to tree and Akame was looking all around her.

Akame: "He's fast..."

Akame moved to the left as a gush of wind blew past her and a scratch appeared on her cheek. Killua jumped off a tree and dashed at her from behind, but Akame quickly moved out the way.

Killua: "What?!"

She quickly swung her sword and Killua used Nen to protect himself. As her blade clashed with his aura, it knocked the two of them back. They both landed on their feet as Killua had a dark look in his eyes.

Killua: Snake Awakens!

Killua swung his arms around like whips at Akame, who was dodging them while running at him.

Akame: Rest in peace!

She went for an upward slash and Killua quickly jumped back to dodge it. He pulled out his Yo-Yo's and swung them at her. She was deflecting them with her sword but then gut hit in the gut, then in the leg, bringing her to one knee. Killua swung it again but Akame swung her sword and cut the wire off the Yo-Yo. He swung the other one and Akame quickly got up and cut that one too.  As soon as she did, Killua was already right in front of her.

Killua: Palm Strike!

Killua unleashed a burst of electricity through Akame's body and she was knocked back hard with blood coming out her mouth. She landed on her feet and Killua held out his hand.

Killua: Thunderbolt!

He fired a huge bot of lightning at Akame, who was jumping around it while dashing towards him. She swung her sword and he jumped back before quickly going into Godspeed and unleashing a burst of electricity that knocked Akame back. She looked up only to get hit in the gut with an electric-infused punch and kicked in the back moments later. She was starting to get hit from all angles.

Akame: "He's grown faster!"

Akame pulled out the Boost Drug as she was about to take it. Killua saw this and quickly grabbed her arm.

Killua: Heh, you really thought I'd let you take that? ...Hm?

He noticed black marks appearing on her body. She opened her eyes as they were black.

Akame: I got you.

She quickly swung her sword and Killua quickly jumped back. Akame dashed after him as he jumped up a tree and went for a downward kick, but Akame dodged that and appeared above him, going for a downward slash. Killua quickly jumped to the side and kicked Akame into a tree, causing her to drop her blade. She quickly got down as Killua nearly kicked her, but sent the tree flying instead. She grabbed him by the feet and slammed him to the ground before grabbing her blade and going to slice him in half, but Killua quickly flipped back up and dodged it. They both quickly dashed at each other. Killua swung his claws as Akame swung her sword and they went straight past each other as everything went silent. 

Both their transformations wore off and just seconds later, blood burst out of Akam's hip as she fell to one knee. She started coughing blood and stabbed her sword to the ground to keep herself from falling. Meanwhile, Killua only got a little cut on his cheek as he smiled and turned to face her.

Killua: All that work, for just a drop of blood. You suck at - Guh!

Suddenly, he noticed black marks coming out of the wound and spreading through his body.

Killua: W-What the?! What is this?!

He saw Akame start to stand up.

Akame: It's a good thing I moved to the side last second... you would have cut me in half otherwise.

Killua: What? Hey! What did you do?!

Akame didn't say a word as she started walking towards him.

Killua: Damn... no... I can't fail here...

Small sparks flickered in his hand.

Killua: I won't die here!

He screamed and was about to dash her, but Akame had already walked past him. Killua suddenly coughed up a waterfall of blood as Akame put her sword back in its scythe. Once she did, Killua's head popped off as well as his limbs. His dead body fell to the ground.

Akame: Sorry... it's over...

Junko: Oh how the young fall from grace!

Kokonoe: This wa an interesting matchup. Both these two are very close in speed and have just enough intelligence to know how to get the job done.

Ann: But Akame was much stronger and more durable as well. She's even dodged and survived lightning in the past so nothing Killua had was new to her aside from Nen. And while Nen could protect Killua, it's not an absolute defense and can grow tiring over time. Meaning Akame should still be able to cut Killua's skin.

Junko: And no, Killua isn't immune to her sword because of some poison immunity. Akame's sword isn't actually a poison but a curse, meaning it's still gonna affect him even if he tries to resist. And while the effects have been resisted in the past, it's just a matter of time before death walks in.

Ann: Killua was a dangerous foe, but he just couldn't feel ga thunder.

Kokonoe: The winner is Akame.
