"Did I miss someone's birthday?" Will asked as he looked around the living room at all of their friends. "Is it my birthday?" He asked, only half-joking. Nico smiled slightly and shook his head, beckoning for his boyfriend to sit down. 

"The kids wanted to play some games" he explained as he pulled a box out from behind a chair.

"Pass the parcel?" Will asked, Bea climbing into his lap. She clapped a few times, giggling and Will smiled at his daughter. Nico nodded before giving the package to Lukas.

"Could you start please?" He asked the young boy, whose eyes lit up in delight. He nodded furiously, holding onto the box with his small toddler hands as he sat between his mother and father.

"Alexa, start the music" Percy joked and his friends laughed with him. Shaking her head at his humour, Piper held out a CD player and placed in it the middle of their loose circle.

"Oh, gods, who even has one of these any more?!" Leo asked, blinking in surprise. This comment elicited more chuckles from his friends as Piper stuck her tongue out at him. Ava watched and mirrored the motion a few seconds later, and Robyn followed with a delighted splutter of laughter.

"Oh shush Leo, I've had this for years. Dad sent it over for Ava" she explained, giving the purple plastic a loving pat. Pausing for a moment, she grinned as a memory popped into her head. "I used to have a Katy Perry CD for it. I got it for my 11th birthday, and I knew all the songs by heart" she started humming "I Kissed A Girl" and all groaned in memory. Annabeth shook her head, miming blocking her ears.

"Oh please no" she pleaded. "Not that song" but she was smiling.

"What's so bad about it Muddy?" Lukas asked, looking up at his mother. Percy chuckled and lifted his son into his lap.

"Muddy's just messing around" he smiled before looking over to his girlfriend. Annabeth rolled her eyes.

"So long as you don't play it today" she pointed a threatening finger at Piper, who just chuckled. "No chance, I lost that thing years ago" she promised before plugging the cable into a socket in the wall. Leo still didn't seem to be able to comprehend it as he looked to the heavens disbelievingly.

"Gods Piper, you're old" he teased. "Katy Perry? How old is she, 50?" He asked, rolling his eyes. Piper stuck her tongue out again before Leo did it too. Ava and Robyn babbled to themselves as they each stuck their tongues out again, and Jason and Calypso shook their heads at their partners.

"Terrible influences" Calypso teased Leo and Jason nodded in agreement. Piper and Leo laughed before Lukas spoke up.

"Can we play now?" He asked, eager to fulfil his duty as the first to pass the parcel. Piper smiled.

"Of course Salmon" she smiled at her gods-son and popped a CD into the ancient machine. "Ready?" She asked the boy, and when he nodded determinedly, she pressed play. "I Got A Feeling" by the Black Eyed Peas filled the room and got mixed reactions. Will, Percy and Frank's eyes lit up and they started to bob their heads to the music, whereas Annabeth and Leo groaned. Calypso, Hazel, Jason and Nico listened, interested, as they had never heard it before, and Piper watched on with a satisfied grin on her face.

Lukas held out the box with its green wrapping to Percy, who took it (still dancing to the music) and passed it to Nico, who passed to Will, who passed to Bea - who dropped it - who passed to Jason and so forth. Piper stopped the music when it got to Leo, and the mechanic grinned like a small child as he tore the paper off. Inside was a hot wheels car, and his grin widened.

"Oh sweet!" He smiled, holding it up. Robyn's chubby hands reached out and she babbled for it, and her Papi gave it to her a moment later. Calypso immediately pulled it out of her daughter's hands, because she began sucking on it. The ex-Titaness glared playfully at her boyfriend and gave him back the toy.

"She'll choke on something one day, and you'll be too busy fawning over a new gadget" she teased before turning her attention to the confused Robyn. Giving her a dummy, Robyn happily slobbered on that as Piper for the music ready again.

The music started up again, and only a few bars played before it stopped again, landing on Hazel. She handed Simon to his dad, and carefully opened the next layer, not ripping it at all. The layer of silver foil wrapping came off and landed on the floor as Hazel smiled at the gift hidden between the paper.

Holding it up for the others to see, she displayed a set of butterfly hair clips, each a different type of butterfly. She grinned and took one off the cardboard and clipped her hair back, pretending to model the accessory before caving and laughing. The others grinned as she put the rest into her pocket and took her son back from Frank, getting him comfortable in her lap. He reached up and clasped at her hair, fascinated by the clip, so she got one out and gave it to him, and he fiddled with it with a bewildered expression on his face.

The music started again and Hazel hurriedly passed the box to Frank. He passed it to Annabeth, who gave it to Lukas, who was just about to give it - reluctantly - to Percy when the music stopped. Lukas shrieked with delight and tore the paper open, accidentally taking two layers of the wrapping. Inside was a packet of gummy bears and small stuffed teddy bear. Deciding to be generous, he stood up and gave the teddy bear to Ava, who gave a toothless grin at him before cuddling the little bear close.

Jason smiled. "Thank you, Lukas," he said, pretending to be Ava. The little boy smiled and went to sit back down next to his parents. "You welcome," he said with a little bit of difficulty but managed it all the same. Tearing open the packet of gummy bears, he excitedly ate them all before his mum could confiscate them. Annabeth shook her head in exasperation but didn't do anything else.

Lukas passed the box to Percy, who - after pretending he was going to keep it until the music stopped - passed it to Nico who passed it to Will. The music stopped and Nico looked at Piper with a grin. She winked as Will began to tear the paper off.

As the last layer, he pulled the purple and white striped wrapping off to reveal a box. Looking at his boyfriend in confusion, he pulled the lid off. Inside was pink and blue tissue paper, on which was resting a positive pregnancy test.

A few seconds of quiet passed while Will attempted to comprehend what was in the box. Eventually, the awkward silence was broken by Jason.

"What's in there Will, a wedding ring?" He joked. Will looked up and held the stick out, holding it for all of them to see. Several jaws dropped and Nico nibbled his lip nervously. He was about to demand a response from his boyfriend when Will turned around and a smile broke out of his face. Pulling Nico in for a hug, Bea let out a noise of protest as she was wedged between her fathers.

"Oh my gods, this is great!" Will whisper-yelled as Nico let out out a sigh of relief.

"You're not mad?" He asked tentatively. Will pulled away, a shocked and confused expression on his face.

"Why would I be? Neeks, this is amazing! I was kind of hoping we could have more kids, I just wasn't sure how to bring it up, because of course, it's your body, but I-" he was cut off by lips pressing against his as Nico kissed him into silence.

"Quit rambling sunshine boy," he said as he pulled away slightly. Piper started to clap, a smirk on her face. The others turned to look at her with raised eyebrows before she stopped to shrug at them.

"What? I love it when a plan comes together" she explained with a twinkle in her eye. Hazel rolled her eyes with a smile.

"Stop being so cryptic Pipes. Just tell them we knew and be done with it." Jason looked between the three plotters, unsure about what to say.

"I call gods-father?" He finally decided, his face showing a mixture of amusement, confusion and pride. The others chuckled and the tension evaporated.

"Well... We'll think about it" Nico joked before turning to Will. "But there's several of his siblings bidding on being gods parents" Jason rolled his eyes with a smirk.

"Yeah, but I'm obviously going to get the position" he teased, and the others shook their head in exasperation. Will smiled and shrugged.

"We'll have to see." Nico nodded.

"Indeed we shall"
