*Yo. It's your time-travelling demigod author! Once again, time skip, cause I'm a basic ass bitch. Nico is about 7 - nearly 8 - months pregart (yes I am aware that is spelt incorrectly, I have intended it that way)* 

After Christmas, not much happened. Life when on, Nico was still banished from capture the flag, and everyone was buzzing about Percy and Annabeth's wedding the next month. New Year was always great. The camp's weather-controlling outer shield made it snow ever so lightly, just enough so that it was snowy enough for snowball fights and snowmen, but still not slushy or slippery.  No new demigods arrived, and, all in all, the short gap between Christmas and New Year was pretty uneventful. 

A day before New Year's Eve, Mr D announced that there would be a party in the big house for anyone who wanted to attend. Rachel passed but said she would be there for the countdown with Hannah. Annabeth was against letting Lucas stay up so late, but Percy convinced her to get him to take a nap before the festivities and wake him up an hour before midnight.

The party was in full swing and everyone was sloshed. Except for Nico. And Mr D. They were just watching the carnage unfold.  Connor and Travis were doing shots for the countdown.

"1!!!!!!! Happy New Year!" everyone screamed. 

Everyone heard the fireworks going off, but everyone was too drunk to go outside to watch them. 

Leo smiled goofily and kissed Calypso on the nose. She giggled and kissed him passionately. His hands began to hike up her shirt, but she slapped them away with a snort of laughter. She shushed him in a slurred voice and whispered something in his ear which made his smirk widen. She took him by the hand and lead him over out of the front door. 

"They're gonna smash in the snow!" Connor exclaimed, red in the face from taking several to many shots. Travis grinned and yelled through the door:

"Don't get hypothermia!" before lurching back forward toward the sofa and passing out on top of Katie. She smiled and began stroking his hair softly. Around the room, everyone was pairing up, kissing and disappearing into various rooms. 

Piper stumbled over to Jason and ran a hand seductively around his face and chin before pulling him in for a passionate kiss. After about two minutes, she pulled away and grabbed Jason's hand, pulling him into a nearby room, shutting the door behind them with a slam. Nico laughed and kissed Will, who tasted like wine. 

"Shall we, my love?" Will nodded drunkenly before Nico lead him out of the door and into the snow. They walked, hand in hand, through the snow back towards Hades cabin. 

A new year. Another year that they survived. And this new year was going to bring a bundle of joy. Nico couldn't wait.
