Something Blue
None of this was what Jisung wanted. This wasn't Jisung's dream wedding.
Minho knew what Jisung's dream wedding was. The younger always wanted a winter wedding, snow falling or close to it as he left where he was getting married. He wanted daisies, Jisung loved daisies.
Jisung also wanted his wedding to be at a lodge that him and Minho used to go to when they were kids in Georgia. He also wanted his wedding to be intimate fifty people at most. Family and only close friends.
This happening today was anything, but Jisung's dream wedding.
It was on a private area of the beach during summer, and there were roses not a daisy in sight. It wasn't in Georgia it was in New Jersey. There weren't fifty people there were one-hundred fifty people.
"Hey, you look a little blue,"
Minho gave a weak smile to Jisung, "Ah, didn't get much sleep... Dohee stayed the night so we stayed up late,"
Jisung took a deep breath and smiled, it wasn't one of those beautiful heart shaped smiles that were so wide Minho was sure Jisung's cheeks hurt because of it. It was a small smile, it barely reached his eyes that looked tired and a little dull.
The person in front of Minho barely looked like his best friend with how dull he looked.
"Hannie, are you okay?" Minho asked.
Jisung nodded, "Just nervous... I am getting married in a few minutes,"
Minho held Jisung's hand, making Jisung tense a little, "Jisung, if there is something wrong, please tell me,"
"Ah, there is nothing wrong, Min. You should go get to your seat before the wedding starts. I'll see you out there!" Jisung said as chipper as he could.
Minho hesitantly let Jisung go, "Yeah, I'll see you out there,"

Minho took his seat next to Dohee, her blue hair was pulled into a braid and she was wearing a red flowy dress.
"Nice dress," Minho said.
"I don't like Hajoon. There is something wrong with him," Dohee stated crossing her arms.
"Dohee," Minho sighed.
"No, look at this. For as long as we've know Jisung, he has never ever wanted a summer wedding and now look,"
"People change Dohee,"
"Not like this. He was planning a winter wedding and then all of a sudden he wasn't planning the wedding anymore some planner was. This isn't Jisung and we know it, you especially," Dohee stated.
Minho sighed. Of course, he did, but if his best friend was happy he wasn't going to get in the way of it.
All too soon Jisung was at the alter.
"Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to join these two in marriage, if anyone has any objections, speak now or forever hold your peace,"
The was a silence.
Dohee was right. This wasn't Jisung, this was not the Jisung they knew.
"I object!" Minho said standing up.
Dohee smiled a little.
Jisung's eyes widened, "Min,"
"Your reason?" The officiant asked.
Oh, this was nothing like movies.
"He doesn't know you, Jisung and he will never care to learn about you. The day you called about me going to drinks with him, he asked me about how to propose to you.
I told him how you wanted to be proposed to. I told him how you wanted a opal tear drop shaped gem in a silver band and how you wanted it to be private not public. Jisung, he doesn't know you.
When will he learn? Because from where I am standing, it'll never happen. Hannie, he doesn't even know your favourite ice cream, he doesn't know anything about you,"
Jisung blinked away his tears.
"And you know him so well?" Hajoon questioned.
"Yes, I do. His favourite ice cream is chocolate, he eats way too much cheesecake, he loves the colour green. He loves daisies. He loves going out on the first snow. And this is not the wedding he would have planned for himself,"
Jisung pursed his lip and took a deep breath.
"Min... I think you should go," he practically whispered.
"Jisung, Minho is right, Hajoon doesn't know you," Dohee said.
Jisung looked at both of them, tears in his eyes.
"Please leave, I am asking nicely, please just leave," Jisung said.
Minho pursed his lips and nodded. He left and Dohee followed. No one else made a move as the wedding proceeded.
The months after the wedding were difficult. Minho wouldn't leave his apartment and every headline was about Jisung.
Then there was one headline that just crushed everyone and left Minho feeling more broken than before.
