Sebastian sat in his seat at the hospital cafeteria, looking at the folded paper in front of him on the table with his name on it. He was contemplating whether he should open up the paper and read it. He couldn't stop thinking about how Rachel was here because of him. He couldn't believe that after all the letters he replied to, Rachel still ended up here. It was his fault that she was there, he should have paid more attention to her, like he always done. As he thought that, he thought back to all those times he shared with Rachel.

How happy she was when he always managed to cheer her up after a bad day at school, or even how content she was in his arms when she would fall asleep in them. He remembered all those times he would just be grateful for her, and for her being near him, and now she was here because of him. It hurt him a lot and makes him feel really guilty that she was here because of him not helping her properly.

Sebastian picked up the paper and sat back in his chair contemplating on reading it. He sighed, stood up and walked away from the cafeteria while also signalling to his brother that he was leaving the area. As Sebastian walked away, he decided to read Rachel's letter. He walked to the waiting room of where Rachel's room was, opened the letter and started reading it. While he was reading it he understood everything perfectly clear, as to why she didn't tell him.

He understood everything, and was relieved that he was helping her, but hurt him to know that it wasn't enough to ignore Santana and Quinn. Sebastian couldn't read the letter anymore. He folded the letter back up, and looked towards Rachel's room. He understood everything. he looked down at his feet and that's when he realised that he was in love with Rachel. He placed the letter in his pocket, stood up and walked to Rachel's room. He smiled as he saw that she was awake. He walked over to her, sat beside her bed, and Rachel said

"You stayed." Sebastian took Rachel's hand and said

"Of course I did, I wasn't going to leave you here alone." Sebastian saw Rachel look down and looked upset. Sebastian squeezed her hand and said

"Rach, what it is, what's wrong, you can tell me." Rachel looked at him as tears started to fall and she said

"I'm sorry Sebastian. I really am." Sebastian, stood up, sat on her bed, and wiped her eyes and said

"It's okay Rach it really is." Sebastian laid on the bed as she moved over and said

"It's going to be okay." Sebastian moved the trolley table which had the portable DVD player closer to the bed, and said

"How about we watch a movie together, I'll stay until you fall asleep." Rachel smiled up at him and said

"As long as I can cuddle you." Sebastian played the movie, wrapped his arms around her protectively, as she laid in them and said

"I wouldn't have it any other way Rachel." As they watched Singing in the Rain together, Sebastian smiled at Rachel and said

"I love You." Rachel looked at him shocked and said

"You what?" Sebastian then repeated

"I love you." Rachel smiled at him and said

"I love you too." As the movie ended, Sebastian said

"When you get out of here, I'm going to take you a fancy date." Rachel laid on the bed, looked at him as he continued

"We are going to have dinner first, nothing too heavy to eat. you're going to wear a dress that I will buy for you." Rachel gave him a small smile and said

"You don't have to do that Sebby." Sebastian leaned forward, kissed her forehead and said

"I know but I want to Rachie, I want you to use our first date as motivation to recover successfully, and I will be here every step of the way, I won't leave your side at all. I promise, I even read your letter too, not all of it, but I did read some, I'm not ever going to leave your." Sebastian then leaned forward and kissed Rachel on the lips, and it was everything they ever dreamed of. As they pulled apart the kiss, Sebastian once again wrapped his arms around Rachel, and said

"I'll sing you to sleep Pretty Girl and I'll be here when you wake up. Do you have any song suggestions Broadway?." Rachel thought about it and then said

"Never be Alone by Shawn Mendes." Sebastian wrapped his arm around her tighter and said

"Your wish is my command." Sebastian kissed Rachel's hair and then started to softly sing Never be Alone by Shawn Mendes to her

As he finished singing, he heard the soft snores from Rachel, and soon fell asleep too. As he did, Skylar and Marley saw the sweet scene and the declarations of love from the door way of Rachel's room, and they couldn't have been more happier, that their older siblings are now finally together, and Marley hoped that with the news that her dad's told her, it will help Rachel more.
