AUTHOR'S POV:

The letters between rudra and his bunny were common these days. Since last few months the two become so close. Rudra became her personal listening box. Sometimes he becomes her gossip sharer, sometimes he becomes her personal diary. But most of the times he becomes her complaint box just like today.

Rudra as usual went to his apartment along with venu after college. When opening the keys venu found an envelope at his door addressing Rudra. Venu also used to rudra getting letters and used to tease him whenever he receive one.

"Someone got a letter again. I wonder what was in that!!" He said trying to open the letter just to rile up his friend. Rudra was very much possessive about her letters and her. He realised his love for his secret admirer only few days after her first letter. But he doesn't know who is she and how to reach her so he was just waiting for her to give him a chance by meeting him.

"How dare you to touch it? You idiot!" Rudra flared on his friend and snatched the envelope from him. Venu just snickered at his friend and opened the door saying

"I know! I know! I have no interest in reading what my sister and his boyfriend were talking." Venu murmured but rudra heard it, of which a smile appeared on his face looking at his phrase of words.

"You don't even know her yet she became your sister and I became her boyfriend, huh?" Rudra snorted with a raised eyebrow.

"Or not what! Sooner or later you're going to be under her wings. It's always a wise decision to stand on the strongest side." Venu snickered and went to his room.

Rudra went into his room with a happy smile and sat on his bed opening the envelope.

Dear Rudra

Upon hearing the usual greeting his heart fluttered. His ears for waiting to hear the same greeting with her sweet voice.

You know what happened today. My mom scolded me early in the morning. And you know for what! Just because of the ugly thing like social sciences.

He chuckled at that, the animosity between that subject and her was really comical. He remembered how she wrote a letter to him mentioning she couldn't able to remember all the years and dates in history and all the geographical details of the world. She said she wanted to be an educational prime minister so that she could remove this subject from the educational system and make it disappear for forever. He chuckled reminiscing that day. But in the next letter she said she wanted to have panipuri so badly on that day but the vendor she went didn't made it tasty so she decided she would become a chef so that she could eat whatever she want to eat whenever she would crave and she could made it just like she wants if she become a chef.

It was really hilarious to know her career options. Her ideal career would change monthly thrice atleast if not more. But what could he have said, he was also of just 20 years old, soon to be 21 and going to be a graduate in just an year. He knows the confusion of selecting a career but as he knows what he wants from his young age he already decided his career. But it's not the case with her. She would say she would want to own a plant nursery and become a florist whenever she sees a beautiful bouquet. She wanted to become a singer whenever she sees Indian idol. She wanted to learn dance whenever she sees someone dancing graceful kathak. She wanted to become writer whenever she read a Wattpad story. There were so many things like this. If not for being her personal diary he wouldn't have known all these things. Though he never seen her, he knows everything about her. She was a book to him, who he already knows word to word by heart without knowing it's name.

You know what happened today? My mom woke me up so early in the morning at 5'O clock to study as the exams are in a month. As you already know that I'm atleast better in every subject but not with that 'ugh' subject. So my mom want me to study that stupid thing early in the morning. According to her I could pass the subject if I study it early in the morning.

'It's true though as early morning positive energy would be very useful to remember the things which are difficult.' He thought.

But you tell me, how could I face my enemy early in the morning itself. Wouldn't my day be ruined by that!!

He chuckled at her exaggeration.

You know my mom don't love me anymore.

He raised his eyebrow upon reading this. Because he knows how much her parents love her and vice-versa through the letters she wrote.

Today morning when I was studying I just try to study comfortably. So I settled on my bed, laying on stomach and my book on the floor. It was easy to read and flip pages as I was up on the bed with a pillow under my chin and the book was down on the floor. But don't know how my eyes closed by themselves and I slept. I woke up when my mom hit me on my head with her hand. And she scolded me even I said I was just revising the topics with closed eyes. How cruel my mom became just for this stupid subject. I was so heartbroken.

She even drawn a sad emoji at the end. Rudra was just a laughing mess at the end. Her letters never fails to laugh him. She was his instant mood changer. Whenever he felt stress or unhappy he would took one of her letters which he stocked carefully in his cupboard and read it. It would save his day and end it with a happy smile.

P.s. Are you laughing at my misery? If not it's good. By chance if it's a yes then remember I'm not going to talk to you till the next letter. Moreover I'm not going to allow you in my dreams for a week. Bye

Even her threat never fails to amuse him. He kept the letter with the other letters and went to get fresh up. Later the boys got busy in their usual routine as it was their final year of graduation and they wanted to continue post graduation from the same college, so they were even need to prepare for that.

His days were going happily with lots of her letters and his usual routine with his gang. At the final exams of their graduation the boys confessed their real status to their other two friends.

At first Pavan and Ram were gotten angry at their friends but soon forgave them as they understand their situation. They were happy to found such friends. Pavan and Ram were happy about their friends who never judge them and become one of them even being billionaires.

Though venu doesn't talk about lahari to anyone. Everyone in their group knows his liking towards her. Even Pavan knows about it. He used to have no problem when he doesn't know about his background. Because he knows how hardworking venu was. He believed venu would achieve his dreams by his hardwork and determination. He was so well behaving man. He has seen him and known him for three years and believed him enough to entrust his darling sister. Though they never talk about this matter out loud, he just know that he would accept to their relationship once venu ask for her hand.

But the recent turnout of the events made him waver on his decision. As he was a Richie rich boy while they were purely middle class. He feared for his sister would encounter problems because of their status among Venu's relatives, family and friends. He wants his sister to have a normal comfortable life even the boy was just middle class he would be fine with it.

But his doubts all disappeared when venu took all the gang to his house for a weekend trip. He found out his parents were also down to earth people as they took care of all the gang equally with their son. He even surprised to find that they already known about lahari and indirectly teasing venu by saying he should behave carefully with his in-laws (brother-in-law) or else he would never going to get married to the one he loves. And that whole weekend venu behaved like a servant and roamed around Pavan to take care of his needs and asking if he is comfortable or not every now and then.

Though everyone knows that Pavan also teasing him, everyone kept laughing at Venu's misery.

Soon the exams were over. Pavan and Ram chose to get a job because of their family financial issues while Rudra and Venu were decided to do post graduation in the same college while beginning to work on their start-ups simultaneously as they already applied for loans in the banks which had attractive offers by giving subsidiary to the start-up businesses.

When Rudra and Venu offered Pavan and Ram to join their family companies, the boys rejected saying they wanted to achieve something on their own as they worked hard for studying it. But the boys took promise from their friends as soon as their business flourished the other boys would need to come back and join them, which they were sure it would be done till their post graduation completed as they have all planned out properly. They started a business on home appliances.

The boys were very happy and satisfying with their lives. Though they don't have much time to themselves as the business needs much attention to develop. Finance and investment related things were handling by Rudra while marketing and sales were being handled by venu. Both were too much busy with their own meetings. But one thing was never changed. Venu going to pavan's house at every weekend by finding whatever reasons came into his mind to get a glimpse of his lady love. And Rudra getting letters every now and then. He feels more connected every time he received a letter.

On Ganesh chaturthi, Rudra was getting ready to go downstairs as their apartment arranged a Ganesh pandal downstairs. When he was fishing through his clothes in search of what to wear he remembered once his bunny wrote him how much she liked him in the blue shirt he wore one day in a letter. Since all the people in their building were going to present there at the pandal, he thought his bunny would also going to be there. So he grabbed the blue shirt and got ready in it.

Then he went out to Pooja with venu when he saw.....
