Timid

I titled this part as Timid because it deals with 2 issues collectively . Let's see what are these two issues .

What TIMID means ?

Timid refers to someone showing lack of courage/ confidence ; easily frightened .

How many of you have experienced blanking out while speaking in public ? I guess almost everyone experiences it at any point of their life .How many of you have messed up important interviews or events due to lack of confidence making you loose opportunities/chances ? Yeah it's also a very common blunder which anyone can make .

Messing up in exam due to fear or lack of confidence is also a common catastrophe happening in a student's life which leaves that person in agony , stress and adds up for some more fear regarding the probable results that would come up due to bad performance.

Some people actually freeze in fear when their mistakes are pointed out publicly either unintentionally or intentionally . In these type of moments a person wants to melt into a water puddle or wants to simply walkout or run away from that situation .

That moment when feet trembles in fear is the worst to be felt or experienced . When heart races fast and you don't know how to stop your shaking legs and racing heart .

All such experiences are amplified to another level when anyone/everyone starts mocking you or laughing at you and as a consequence the hurt which your mind and heart experiences at that instant becomes either a choking moment or unbearable memory engraved in your brain .

Lack of confidence and courage can truly shatter a person's true personality and affect his ability to perform any task of his life .

REASON/CAUSE

Lack of confidence can occur due to the fear of being judged and mocked by others. Even fright or fear also either occurs due to bad life experiences for example a tragedy / ugly road accident or any other mishap . The fear also sets it's root when a person overthinks or if he thinks negatively like what if I don't succeed . The idea of failure and rejection is also the major reason for fear which in turn leads to self doubting and lack of confidence .

REMEDY /CURE

*Stop overthinking .

*Try to think positively or at least try not to think negatively .

*Don't think about people when you are speaking or expressing your ideas publicly. If you have large audience in front of you or large amount of people listening to you through mass electronic media then just assume that you speaking in an empty room alone without anyone hearing or watching you .

*Just do your job/task to the best of your ability and don't think about the results or outcome of it .

*Don't fear or fret about people judging or mocking you because those who laugh or judge either unaware of your capabilities or they are jealous/scared of your talent or capabilities .

*Courage /self confidence depends your on your state of mind . If you think you won't be able to do it then no matter what you do things will go hay wire . But even if for once you think that you can do it or say to your brain that you will try and can achieve your goal then your capabilities will leave you astonishment because you have instructed or programmed your brain to complete the task .

*Keep trying and adopt never give up attitude .

*Self belief is the ultimate key to confidence .
