Dear Kim Taehyung,
When I woke up this morning, I thought that it would be like any other miserable day but with some hope that you would reciprocate my feelings.
But oh hell no, fate was not on my side. Or was it? I don't know.
Anyway, today at lunch, I realized that I forgot a book in my locker. You see, it was a very important book. The girls and I were going to finish the Korean homework at lunch while eating, so at home we could watch that K-Drama that we wanted to watch.
After I bid the girls a temporary goodbye, I dashed off to my locker, in hopes that I could smoothly get it, unnoticed.
As I stepped in the hallway that was connected to the cafeteria, I spotted the popular boy group EXO. From what I've seen and heard, they're not bad, they're actually very nice and genuine. I've had Chen as one of lab partners, and he's very smart and nice. He didn't judge me, which I appreciate.
Walking pass them, I prayed and prayed that they would not notice me, but to no avail, they did.
"Oh Jennie! Is that you?" I heard Chen's voice, and I internally cringed.
I slowly turned to them. "Oh! Hi Chen, I didn't see you there."
The rest of EXO was minding their own business, except for Kai, one of the members. He's intensely popular.
"Hi Jennie," he said, extending a hand and a smile, "I'm Kai."
I smiled at him uncertainly, shaking his hand.
"You're very pretty, you know that?"
I blushed. He's a very good charmer!
"T-thank you," I stammered.
As I walked away to get my book, I knew I liked Kai as a friend. He's very kind, and I would have no problem in being friends.
Love,
