Dear Kim Seokjin,

After that day, I tried to avoid you, to ease your mind. I didn't want to ruin your day again.

I was sitting on my seat, reading my textbook today, when you tapped me on my shoulder.

I was very surprised. Usually, you would look at me in disgust or not look at me at all.

But today, after you tapped me on my shoulder and I turned my head towards you with a smile on my face, you gave me that dazzling smile and asked, "Do you have a pencil, Jisoo?"

I didn't know you knew my name. I was very surprised.

You saw my mouth hanging open in shock and assumed that I didn't have a pencil.

You smiled, again, and told me that if I didn't have a pencil, it was fine.

Just as you were about to turn around, I grabbed my favorite pencil and handed it to you.

You smiled at me genuinely and said, "Thanks, Jisoo," and then turned to face the teacher.

You might not care about that moment, but that was the best moment of my life.

Nothing could've ruined it, not even my heart disease.
