I just wanted to say that so often, we think we only can look up to the people that are already strong and empowered. Experience has taught me that this isn't true.

Everyday, strangers and people we know suffer in imaginable ways. They are forced to deal with challenges that we may never have to face and it's hard on them-emotionally and physically-in ways some of us can't imagine.

Sometimes, they face so much pain, guilt, anxiety that they don't have enough energy to engage in the fight alone, but their desire and willingness to fight has the power to strengthen and empower the people around them.

It isn't easy-nothing ever was. But I promise you, there is nothing more wonderful and extraordinary than embracing and sharing strength and encouragement with the people around you.

It is enough today, tomorrow, and always.

You can never love too much, be too kind, or be too weak.

All of us have strength within us, sometimes we just need a little help to bring it out.
