My hands were trembling as I scrolled through the article, which basically consisted of five photos of Elsa and me at the rink. However, the person who took it was outside of the building, and was just peering through the glass walls that cased the skating oval. None of the photos, however, gave off Elsa's face, but her distinct platinum pony tail.
"Jack Frost, as we all know, has a very long list of ex-lovers. From singer-songwriter Alison Finlay, to bizarrely speculated romances with co-star Deandra Paisley, this young hotstuff never failed to show his charm off and on the camera... with proof of Jack hanging out with a mysterious blondie at a skating rink after hours of filming for his new movie, Ruby Sparks."
Okay, Alison was my very first celebrity girlfriend. We didn't last very long, as we were just hooked up together to further promote Alison's newly released album, and also to boost up my popularity. She was at the top of her game, and halfly thanks to her, I got up faster. We rarely talk now, as she's gone off in her own way— writing songs about people, the usual stuff for Alison Finlay.
I admit, I had a lot of girlfriends in my time being. Eighteen now, and still getting older, and almost half of those relationships were made up for the public eye.
My last real relationship was with Briar Borealis, who was one of the most beautiful and most genuine actresses that I had ever met in my entire life. We dated for about a year, and that was enough time for me to know her really well. We ended up in a weird way, really. We just fell out of it. She was an amazing person, but I wasn't attached to her at all. Same goes for Briar. We were just too good for each other. She's off on her own now, and we're really good friends.
I continued skimming down the article, which had a few more pictures of my face, and the mystery girl's blonde hair.
"Frost was seen midnight skating with a mysterious blonde teenager, and by the looks of it, this may be more than just, 'Hey, I just met you', and more like, 'Hey, baby, I think I wanna marry you'. For now, we have no idea who this girl is, but we're sure as hell that Jack will meet this girl again. What do you think of Frostie's new blondie? Let us know in the comments below!"
I scrolled down to the comments section— unsurprised to see over a hundred thousand comments already, starting with the first one: "OH MY GOOOOD. Is this real? I'm totally going to stalk that girl."
"NOOO MY BABY ONLY BELONGS TO ME!"
"Her hair is so goaaals my god i wish i could be her"
"If Frostie's happy, I'm happy. Welcome our little blonde angel :3 Thanks for making our king smile."
Most of the comments I saw were pretty negative about Elsa, but I've learned not to care. I've been on this same road many times now, and I'm pretty used to all the negativity. I just hope she's willing to get used to it, too, for the sake of us.
Maybe she will... maybe she might.

"You are totally not going to believe this, Elsa," Rapunzel squealed as she got into my room. Usually she'd think that this was her own home, and would just let herself in anytime.
I was sitting on a chair near my vanity. Anna had already gone to school for the day, and Daddy had already left... so it was just me, Pepper, and apparently, Punzie.
"What 'Jack Frost' news am I not getting right now?" I rolled my eyes at Rapunzel. She held out her phone and showed me a screen of an article.
"See?" She pushed the phone to my nose as I read, "Jack Frost's new girl: Deets of the Date"
My eyes widened as I shouted, "What?!"
She gave me the phone, and I rummaged the page to see the photos. Thank god, my face wasn't seen, but it didn't change the fact that I was out there. The fact that I was alive, breathing, and with him that day was everywhere now, and I no longer know what to do.
"Hey, what's with the sudden emotion change?" Punzie nudged me.
We've been friends for so long, and I truly know that she deserved to know the truth. I cannot lie to her at all, not to Rapunzel.
"I'm... I'm the girl," I said between breaths.
Her face fell as she mouthed the words, "What do you mean?"
"The girl on that date, with Jack... is me," I said.
She looked around— completely dumbfounded, as if she didn't know what to believe in anymore. She paced around my room for a couple of minutes before she looked at me again.
"What happened?" She asked— her emerald eyes burning through mine.
"The letters I used to write about him got sent. He somehow found it, and now he's here... He's here for me," I said.
"You mean," she began. "He went all the way from California just to see you?"
I nodded.
I thought she was going to be furious and jealous, but instead, she threw a big ole bear hug at me saying, "Oh my god! This is sooo cute!"
"You mean you're not mad at me for anything?" I asked her between the hug.
She pulled away, "God, no! I'm so happy to be friends with the future Mrs. Frost."
"Shut up," I giggled, and looked over at the comments section of the articles.
A lot of them were way harsh— mostly saying that this wouldn't work out, since Jack's too much of a bright light to be with. But you know what? I wouldn't have it any other way.
"Will you be seeing him again soon?" she asked— her chin resting on her palms, as if I was going to tell her a very long bedtime story.
I shrugged, "I don't really know. It's movie night with Robin, remember?"
"Oh, right," she bit her lip. "Maybe things with Robin will change now that he's here."
I shook my head.
I didn't want things to change for Robin and me. I wanted him to feel that I was still there for him, and my feelings for him aren't split into half when Jack came into the picture. Even though I was literally torn apart by the both of them, I wanted to give each one an equal chance.
Almost everything changed when Jack stepped into my world— my real world, and now, I can't think of what my life would be if he hadn't stopped by. I know, I know... he's going to leave one day, and that is pretty inevitable, but I want to spend every moment with him to make every day count.
But then again, there is Robin— the person I dedicated my dry humor every day to. I couldn't let him down all because of Jack. He is special to me, as well. He is the most caring (and equally punny) person that I know. I don't want anything to change for us.
If the skies would want us to be more than what we are, then I would gladly be. If not, then forever friends we shall be, and I want to keep being there for him. It's the least I could do for what he's done to me.
Later that day, I visited the set to tell Jack that whatever he had planned for tonight would be off because of the movie night.
He didn't seem to be there at the moment, so I sneaked inside the trailers to look for someone to ask.
I did find his manager, Manny, and I asked him where he was.
"Woah, missy," he said— pushing me away from the trailer, and out back off the set. "You may be gaining some bit of fame right now, but still. You're an unauthorized person, and you're not allowed anywhere near the set."
"I just want to find Jack," I cried out.
"RIght, well, Jack's not around," he said— rolling his eyes a bit. "Oh, look. Deandra's not in here either, so they might as well be somewhere together, right?"
This guy is pushing my buttons for real.
"You see, Elsa," he said. "You might want to stay away from this. I've seen fangirls hook up with their celebrities far too long than you have, and may I just say that this will not end well. You're just going to cry in a little corner because you can't take any of this."
"You don't know who I am," I raised my voice— including my confidence as well. "I might as well be loved and broken, than to be complete without a chance. You can't tell Jack what to do."
"Right. I can't," he snickered. "But once the paparazzi discovers you, you will be the one to give up."
I was completely done with this man, and I walked off the set. Jack didn't seem to be around, so I decided to just text him about the cancellation. I can't tell him about what had happened between Manny and I, since I never would want him to worry.
Movie night was special for today, since Robin took me out to see The Force Awakens on its very first screening here in North Carolina. I can tell you that I was pretty psyched because Star Wars is one of the numerous things that Robin and I fangirl about. Or fanboy.
"Excited?" He asked me, handing me the large bucket of popcorn. Butter, yum.
I nodded— shoving a handful of popcorn into my mouth, "Hell, yes."
"Well, I am, too. The prequels were awful, so I'm going to pray to the soul of Anakin Skywalker to make this a good one," he laughed, and took some of my popcorn.
I pulled the bucket away from him, "You're going to finish everything before the movie starts."
"Psh, you finish the entire bucket during the trailers," he sneered at me.
I rolled my eyes, and we got in the theatre.
It was jam-packed with people of all ages. I swore I saw a lightsaber glowing at a distance from the top row. While the trailers were going on, there was a huge commotion that blocked out the audio of the previews that nobody bothered to watch.
But when the iconic opening track of the film was heard, everybody started cheering so loudly as the infamous prologue scrolled across the screen of stars.
From that moment on, every organism shut their mouth holes, and watched the movie.
I surely can't tell spoilers here, but I could tell that Robin was shouting all the way with the other noisy sci-fi geeks while battle scenes were going on. I had to stuff his face with popcorn for about five times, or so, whenever he did so.
"Shut up, Robin," I pulled his head towards mine with a giggle. "You're gonna have us kicked out, and Nintendork right 'ere doesn't want to hear more of your yabbering."
I cocked my head towards the ten-year-old beside us, who was eyeing Robin very annoyingly as if he was actually trying to use the force to toss away Robin's mouth.
"Eh, everyone else is doing it," I could see him rolling his eyes as he lightly placed a kiss on my forehead.
"Hey! This ain't Mockingjay here. Get your PDA out!" Someone from the back yelled.
We laughed, and turned our faces back to the movie. Well, maybe that's just him.
I continued to stare at his reaction on every moment in the movie. I didn't bother to watch the film anymore, as I found it quite more interesting to watch it from his eyes— glowing from all the excitement and laughter in the movie.
My heart knew that I had feelings for him— all bottled up in myself, even before Jack got here. I just never could understand why I only noticed it now. If I had let it go before anything, then I would have chosen him before, and I wouldn't have been so confused now.
But I didn't, and my confusion is killing me.
Watching him laugh, frown, and roll his eyes before mine was such a sweet memory in my mind. Pause, play, rewind. I would do it all over again, just to watch the whole Star Wars saga in his eyes. I remember this always happening whenever we had a movie night. I would just sit beside him, and watch his every move.
"That was awesome!" Robin exclaimed as we exited the cinemas.
"I agree," I nodded.
"You barely even watched it," he commented. "You just stayed up watching me the whole time."
"Wh- what? No, no I wasn't!" I denied, pushing him a bit to stress my denial.
He clicked his tongue with a laugh, "Yeah, right."
Obviously, he took me back to my house, wherein Daddy seemed to be up late, tending his car.
"Oh, hey you two!" He said. "Was the movie good?"
"Heck, yes!" Robin yelled, which he thought was quite rude, and then toned his voice down. "It was very great, Mr. Hale."
"I thought I said you could call me David," Daddy said. He gave me a quick wink, before heading back to the house.
"Is your dad going to be watching the movie, too?" he asked me.
"He should," I stressed. "Not watching it would revoke his membership in the Dark Side Society."
"Your dad's a Dark Side Society member?" Robin asked in shock.
I nodded, "Mhm, so am I."
"What?!" he yelled again. "You too?"
"You mean, you're a member of the Jedi Council?" I asked him back. Eh, it was pretty obvious. Church-Boy Robin is surely a Jedi Knight.
He nodded with a smirk, "Well, this is pretty forbidden, then."
"I guess it is," I smiled.
"Well, Padmé fell in love with a future Sith lord, so it's got to be a bit legal now," he replied, and kissed my forehead again.
It was always the forehead. That was one thing I was curious about, on how he didn't bother to take it on with me... Maybe he was scared, or something, so I guess I'll just have to take it on myself.
I gently pressed my lips on his, just to see his reaction... and just to see mine. I felt sparks fly, and it was as magical as every other kiss that Jack and I shared, but this, this was so unique.
"I can't believe you just did that," he said after the kiss.
"I know."
"I never wanted to kiss you on your lips, until you were really mine," he sheepishly ran his hand on the back of his neck. "But that was... unexpected."
"I'm sorry about that," I giggled. "Never knew kisses were that special with you."
"It's only special when it's with you," he said with a smile. I could feel my cheeks burning at this point— so badly that I think I could just literally kiss him again.
"I'll only kiss you again when you finally tell me that you chose me," he said— his eyes twinkling with every word. "Or in other cases such as, when you're sad, when someone breaks your heart, when I leave, when I'm about to die-"
"Robin!" I stopped him before he went any further. "Stop that."
"Stop what?" he smirked.
"Stop... stop making me blush so hard," I said, looking down.
"And you better stop looking down, as well," he replied. "'Cause you don't know you're beautiful."
I blushed even harder, and I feel like this was the reddest I've been since I got hit by a softball in the third grade.
"Very nice quote," I snickered. "I almost can't recall where I heard that line."
"Eh, when Elsa goes 1Daf, she drags everyone else around her to the dark side," he laughed, and I laughed along with him.
"Goodnight, Els," he said before heading back to his own house. "I love you, and all of your little things."
"Goodnight Robin," I replied. "Stay 1DAF with me."
"Sure," he walked back to his house.
I walked inside, as well, and Daddy was there with a smile, "I like him."
"Daddy, please. I need to rest," I smiled.
"I'm just sayin'," he held his hands up. "I like him. He's nice, and he's cared for you than any other person I know."
"I know he does," I replied. "'Cause he's Robin. That's in his nature."
"In his nature for you," Daddy smirked.
I headed upstairs, and threw myself on my bed before my phone started buzzing in my pocket.
It was Jack, and he was calling me in the middle of the night.
With a smile, I answered the phone, "Jack."
"Hey, angel," his voice was raspy— most probably tired from answering interviews for the day. "You're still up?"
"No, I'm sleeping, and this is just my droid talking to you," I joked. "Yeah, I'm awake."
"Great," he said. "I received your text, and how was the movie? Did you watch The Force Awakens?"
"Yup, and the movie was... awesome," I said— repeating Robin's verdict on the movie.
"I'm going to watch it maybe on the DVD instead," his voice dropped a bit.
"Aw, why?" I asked. Certainly that was not the way to treat a godly Star Wars film, even if it was one of the prequels.
"I couldn't find time to watch it anytime soon," he said.
There was a bit of silence, but I did hear the outside noises coming from where he was.
"By the way, are you tired?" He asked all of a sudden.
"Um, nope," I replied. "I think I'll be quite wide awake for some time, so in case you want to talk to me all night long, I'm all ears."
"Great," he said. "Look out your window."
What? This has to be some trick.
I got up from my bed, and there he was... Jack Frost— holding his phone against his ear with a smile.
"Hey again, angel," he said. "Wanna have a midnight drive with the windows down?"
